who is an ice cream addict..shes been complaining shes out of breath when she walks to the store..

I know its because of the ice cream

but whats a more simple way of helping to alleviate this buildup..the mucus buster?

just some fenugreek?  at her age thers no way in hell i can tell her cut out ice cream.

Have her take some fenugreek or dherbs acid and mucus buster and also the activated charcoal and try getting her to use some rice or soy dream alternative instead.

Might wanna get her to try a banana smoothie w/ some rice milk instead. That dairy is a killer.
