If someone says that you should make good choices when it comes to sex
and then they don't tell what your options are
or they give you options that go against what your body is telling you
which also goes against what society is telling you
it can be extremely confusing.

Not only is it confusing but it can lead to bad decisions which is counterproductive to the original intent of the advice which was to make wise decisions in the first place.

A lot of Teens are lost and need help because of a lack of solid guidance and mostly a double standard.

They need a clear and solid option.
