i dislocated my shoulder years ago.... and when i went to the shoulder doctor(im lmao right now at the  thought of a shoulder doctor) he told me i had a torn labral....now the labral from what i understand is a collagen or cartilage construct.....but a broader question...how can you heal these kind of injuries without invasive surgery...he told me i could get arthroscopic surgery and they would pull together the tear with staples...that didnt make much sense to then nor now..he told me it probrably wouldnt heal...(probrably his way of painting me into a box).. so right now i know i have the tear because it gets sore sometimes like it did after I had the dislocation...what can heal this??

Only thing I have heard about was MS Sulfer, but since you have a tear, I think that might be a little different..
