Peace all. I am new to the site and it's good to see our people building on this level. Happy to be a part of the family Smiley

I have heard that some people put grade B maple syrup in their hebal teas. Can someone give me a chemical breakdown and how it reacts with the body?

Grade B maple syrup has a positive effect on the body. It is one of a few natural sweetners. I too sweeten my herbal teas with Grade B maple syrup.

Agave nectar is another good natural sweetener for herbal teas.

Maple syrup provides moderate nutrition in the form of minerals and trace elements (i.e. potassium, iron, magnesium, calcium, etc.).

Welcome aboard, beloved!

Peace be unto you!
