Peace! Whats the science with the starch fruits & veggies?  If it has starch does that mean we cant draw no benefits ? Like what's the harm of drinking that good creamy carrot juice? I'm learning that Im really a starchetarian. Damn I just thought about your food combination chart im about to search for it. Peace

Of course you can draw benefit from starches. Cooked/refined starches are the problem. Dr. Sebi says starch contains cyanide, but what he fails to mention is that it's BIO-cyanide and can't rank with man-made cyanide that the CIA used on Black people in the Jim Jones-led Jonestown murders. However, I will admit, too much starch is not good for you (due to the byproduct) and you can hang it up if the starch is cooked!

Many Afro-Carribeans eat starch!

Yucca is a starch! Kudzu is a starch!

There's no harm from carrot juice that I know of. Carrot juice is powerful (though the carrot is a hybrid).

Soy and corn in their untampered or unprocessed forms are alkaline, though true, some charts state otherwise. You can test the acidity-alkalinity of a food with a pendulum.

Soy and corn are too risky to eat today!
