It’s not uncommon to hear about people’s fear of the dentist. From a health standpoint, it is understandable why some folks do not want to go to a dentist even when they have serious issues with their teeth. Most dentists you harmful substances when attempting to correct a problem. If you are health conscience there is no way you want these toxic subtances in your mouth. Not only that, but have you ever heard of some of the horror stories from friends or families that have had bad visits with the dentist?
Those reasons alone can make a health-conscience individual stay far away from a dentist. If you are in this exact dilemma there is actually options which you can choose:
- Seek out a dentist who practices under wholistic (holistic) dentristy or biological dentistry
- You can go to the conventional dentist and let him/her work on you (your teeth/tooth) using harmful substances and immediately after your dental visit take activated charcoal (carbon) or perform the Full Body Detox (which also contains activated charcoal) to remove the chemical toxins and poisons from your body.

Normally you wouldn’t think that chewing a piece of gum could be dangerous to one’s health but you may think otherwise once you learn about the ingredients in a piece of gum. Djehuty breaks down and enlightens readers to what is put into it and how these ingredients can affect our bodies.
Our modern day gums or chewing gums are made up of four major ingredients: Synthetic Rubber, Plastic, Sugar, and Coloring (dye). Modern day gums are produced from synthetic polymers, i.e. styrene-butadiene rubbers and polyvinyl acetate. The final product is composed of 60% sugar, 20% corn syrup, and only 20% actual gum material.
Yuck! To think that they put all of that unnecessary stuff into a piece of gum is incredible. Gum is mainly marketed as a way to clean your breath. Take a look at this:
Folks, contrary to popular opinion, you cannot mask foul breath with gum. Chewing gum on top of foul breath is the equivalent of spraying perfume on manure. It defeats the purpose! Foul breath is the result of a toxic and polluted colon so gum can’t possibly help. This is yet another American urban dietary legend.

When you really take the time to look at where dairy products are derived from, you may think twice before consuming them. Let’s take a quick look at what some of these products are really made up of:
CHEESE
This stuff is fermented and congealed milk and highly toxic. It is made with the enzymes from baby male cows that have their stomachs ripped open for the enzymes in their intestines
KEFIR
Kefir is nothing but sour tasting spoiled (or fermented) milk with bacteria that originated in Russia.
BUTTER
Like cheese, butter too is also dead here in the U.S. This is why we also freeze or refrigerate butter. Today, butter is greatly processed, made via hydrogenation and just like milk and cheese and other dairy products, butter is loaded with unhealthy fat and cholesterol and is unhealthy.
SOUR CREAM
Any dairy product that is sour is sour due to fermenting. Sour cream too is fermented and loaded with bacteria - UNHEALTHY bacteria!
There are also a lot of myths about dairy and its health benefits. If you think about it, humans shouldn’t be consuming cow’s milk. It is meant for baby cows! Milk is one of the most advertised dairy products around. You see the ads in magazines with celebrities and their milk mustaches making it seem trendy, cool, and ok to drink milk.
