Becoming Healthy and in Shape Before I Turn 30 – About
By ad | December 1, 2009

After a weekend of eating fried, cheese covered, comfort foods and engaging in heavy drinking for my birthday, I decided to make a change in my life. At 29, I am tired of being the largest sister, over weight and self conscious of my body. When I was a teenager, as well as when I was in college, I had the perfect body. I was curvy, small and fit. I lost control of that when my father was dieing. I ate crazily, drank obsessively, and never worked out. Five years later, I am now me. Unhappy with myself and my will power to fix this problem. I came to this conclusion when my subconscious started hinting to me it was time…time to change into the woman I want to be at 30. I know I have the power to correct this so now is my time.

Hi,
We are on the same page, I turn 30 in January 2010, in August I started with the Full Body detox, and have been vegitarian ever since. So far I have lost 15lbs, and going for another 15lbs, so I like to call it 30 for 30
. I’m in culinary school, so you can imagine how difficult it is, but what has helped me in mental control. DAILY I read Djehuty’s articles, watch raw food videos on Youtube, I have read countless books, “Skinny B*tch” was harsh but a good starter book with good info, I subscibe to selfgrowth emails for encouragement, etc… So in all its all Mental, just engrose yourself in Knowledge and the easier it will be. Wishing you all the best on your journey
