Day 20

Heavy work out day!

I really gave it all that I had and did the stairs 5 times.  Wow.  Don’t feel like eating that junk on a day like that.  I will rest a while and go into a new challenge.

I really am grateful for so many things.  But I do stumble and have to pick my self up.  It can be frustrating and very discouraging for me at times when I slip.  But I know the power of health and mental healing.  I also know the power of the written results from my medical tests.  I have surely come a long way!

    Ms. Mona, I have been following your new journey into the raw food realm. Sistah, I just wanted to commend you. You are doing beautifully!!! Just take one day at a time and don’t over think anything. Don’t listen to any haters (they know you are fine to begin with and will just continue to get finer). I am happy to announce that today is my first day into vegetarianism. I had tried it before but my mind was not right. I am tired of making these food companies rich and I am tired of how I look and feel. I just wanted to let you know that you have helped inspire me to take this new healthy lifestyle journey. If we don’t take care of ourselves Ms. Mona, who will?

    So, in closing remember that God was not messing around when he made a woman. We are the givers of life (girl, we can bring forth male or female now tell me that ain’t superbad!!) Keep that beautiful, queenly head of yours up and keep on striving. Please know that I am right here with you. If we fall, we will just dust ourselves up and get back up on that healthy lifestyle wagon (no sweat)!! The beautiful thing is, is that this our journey and rather than sitting thinking “I wish I could” we are actually doing it!!! Have a fantastic and stress free day.

    That’s awesome Mona how you are documenting your progress on your detox quest. Stay encouraged, focused and consistent. Taking those actions will ensure that you see and feel substantial results.

    Hi, I just started to read your blog. How did you get started to lose your weight? What are you doing? Are you taking the full body detox?

    I’m so tired of weight gain for no reason. I get right truly I do and exercise but I think I need to increase it to daily instead of 3 days a week. nothing is happening

    HELP!!
