Are High Heels Dangerous?

Wearing high heel shoes can cause damage to a woman’s feet over the long term. You know the term “hammer time” which are corns that are caused from high heels that cover the entire foot and toes. Not only that but the constant wearing of heels can cause the soles of the feet to harden and feel like sandpaper - yuck!

Worse of all many women do not realize that with each step taken in heels sends an electrical shock from the metatarsal bones, up the legs, to the uterus frying or cooking the uterus over the long term.
