Particularly for the two most common health supplements: whey protein and creatine. You can pick up any muscle magazine today and find tons of ads for both of these so-called healthy supplements. With the types of marketing they use, it’s no wonder the average person will consume these regularly in the hopes of gaining strength or doing something “healthy” for their bodies.
