Well I jumped into the cleanse with both feet, not knowing what is going to happen in the next 20 days. Whatever it is, I look forward to the change that my body will undergo and how amazing I am going to feel when it is done. I am one that love to eat so it is definitely going to be a challenge. I am kicking off the cleanse at 198lbs and I hope that I can lose 20 lbs in 20 days. Wish me luck and stay tuned as I run this race!
