Zinc is an essential nutrient in the body. Technically, Zinc is a trace element. It is essential for sexual reproductive system health, especially male sexual reproductive health.
It is one of the most important trace elements in the human diet and is required for more than 200 enzyme activities within the body.
Zinc is also classified as one of the essential "beauty" elements, along with calcium, biotin, sulfur, and silica to name a few.
It is also an essential "sexual health" nutrient and element as well, especially for males who can (and usually do) lose this nutrient during the sex act when it results in ejaculation.
Kinds of Zinc include Zinc acetate, Zinc oxide, Zinc permanganate, and Zinc stearate.
The above are all inorganic and pharmaceutical grades of Zinc and have commercial uses, for example, Zinc acetate is used as an emetic, a styptic, and as an astringent. Zinc oxide is used internally as an antispasmodic and as a protective in ointments. Zinc stearate is used as a water-repellant protective agent.
Zinc (inorganic Zinc) also has industrial uses as well, such as serving as protective coating for steel and in printing plates.
The kind of Zinc humans need for optimal health and well-being is organic Zinc, not inorganic Zinc such as those named above. If you're taking a Zinc supplement, the ingredient list should list natural food sources such as fruits, seeds, and/or vegetables (plants/herbs).
Zinc is very important in male prostate gland function and the overall growth of the sexual reproductive organs. Zinc nourishes the prostate gland as well as the female uterus, the equivalent organ of the male prostate gland.
Other functions of this essential nutrient include: synthesis of protein, activity regulation of the oil glands, promotion of a healthy and fortified defense (immune) system, healing of wounds; allowing acuity of taste and smell, prevention of the formation of free radicals, and helps to maintain the proper concentration of Vitamin E in the blood.
A deficiency of this important trace element can result in brittle nails (cause fingernails and toenails to become thin, peel, and develop white spots), male prostate gland disorders (e.g. prostatitis, BPH or benign prostatic hyperplasia, etc.); acne, loss of the senses of taste and smell, delayed sexual maturation (of babies), lethargy or fatigue, hair loss, impaired night vision, impotence in males, infertility in females, recurrent so-called "colds" and flu, slow wound healing, and memory impairment.
Zinc is found plentiful in male sperm. However, what most males (and even most females) may not know is that with each and every ejaculate, approximately 3mg of Zinc is lost and thus like the female menstruation, the ejaculation of sperm becomes detrimental in the sense that vital and essential nutrients (including zinc) are lost and not replenished, thus, there is no reciprocity here with ejaculating of Zinc and other precious nutrients via ejaculation and thus excessive ejaculation (via vaginal/anal penetration and/or masturbation) is insalubrious and detrimental.
I should also add that not only are precious nutrients lost via ejaculation, but also chi (life force) is lost during ejaculation. Females, as hoard houses of energy, do not lose vital chi during vaginal ejaculation or masturbation. Clearly, in certain respects, females are sexually superior to males.
And because the prostate gland is chiefly comprised of the nutrient Zinc, it is important that Zinc is constantly replenished and if not, the Body Intelligence will cause Zinc to be taken from the brain and spinal fluid and sent down to the reproductive system.
Excessive appropriation of Zinc from the brain to the sex glands by the body's intelligence in response to excessive sexual intercourse can result in memory loss and slowed mental activity over time.
The same thing above will happen with the female when she fails to replenish the Zinc that is lost in her body from the act of menstruation.
Unlike males, females can ejaculate galore and not have to worry about the loss of precious nutrients and chi (energy); however, because of the menstrual cycle, this is where females experience the equivalent of the male ejaculation and the damage thereof. There is no reciprocity with male ejaculation and female menstruation and thus, these two activities do not harmonize with the Universal law of Reciprocity.
There is only reciprocity when the sperm is injaculated (kept inside the body) and the menstrual cycle is covert (not overt, the kind of menstrual cycle most females in the world are having or experiencing at present).
Covert menstruation is the equivalent of male injaculation. This means an act takes place, but nothing exits or leaves the body. Instead, nutritional substances are recycled and restored to their place of origin inside the body.
The very first female creatures had moon cycles whereby nothing was excreted from their bodies. The moon cycle took place internally and stayed that way. There was no menstrual flow or release of blood at any time, and certainly not on a monthly basis.
In closing, natural food sources of organic Zinc include: pumpkin seeds (pepitas), sunflower seeds, Brewer's yeast, lima beans, pecans, mushrooms, soy lecithin, soybeans, and whole grains.
NOTE: All soy products should be organic and non-GMO (genetically modified organism) if you in fact consume them.
Herbs that contain moderate amounts of organic Zinc include: Cocculus Root, Sarsaparilla, Chickweed, Alfalfa, Kelp, Dulse, Fennel Seed, Dandelion, Nettle, Parsley, Hops, Milk Thistle, Blue-Green algae, Spirulina, Chlorella, and Wild Yam.
The crystal Zincite is a natural source of Zinc, though an inorganic source which however can be used to make a Zinc elixir that the body can digest, absorb, and assimilate and provide the body with necessary Zinc and help ward off diseases caused by Zinc deficiency.
A piece of Zincite can be stored in a clear glass of distilled water over night (subjecting it to exposure of moonlight), and the next day the Zincite piece can be removed, and the water (elixir) bottled (in cobalt or amber glass bottle) and small amounts, e.g. one tablespoon, consumed daily or as needed.
Dherbs.com products and compounds that contain moderate amounts of organic Zinc include: Zinc Phosphate,
Male Hormonal Formula,
Jackrabbit Formula,
Bunny Rabbit Formula,
Iodine Phosphate and
Electric Greens Cell Food.
And unlike inorganic forms of Zinc (commonly prescribed by doctors) you can take Dherbs.com Zinc Phosphate with our Iron Phosphate because both are 100% plant-derived and thus organic, digestible, absorbable, and assimilable. You cannot take inorganic (synthetic) Zinc along with inorganic Iron because they interfere with each other's activity.
With man-made versions of Zinc, one is told to take 100 mg or less of the trace element and rightfully so because anything synthetic is toxic to the body.
