In response to an e-mail I just received that was marked "urgent" and wasn't urgent at all, I have decided to type this article that included my answer to this inquirer so as to expeditiously help people get the relief and healing they so desperately desire but think is in my hands as a healer. Again, Dherbs cures no one and never has and never will, with the exception of himself.
 I can't heal anyone! I am not God and have sense enough to know it. If I were God I would blow up this crazy ass world! No! I'm just kidding, folks! Just having some fun! You know, you can't be too serious in dealing with people and especially pertaining to health. You have to liven up things a bit and use humor, like Robin Williams character in the movie "Patch Adams." Many people are already scared to death being sick and also after dealing with these damn doctors who are known to scare folks to death.
People tel us: I'm working 2 or 3 jobs", "I'm taking care of everybody", "I'm running myself raggedy", "I'm stressed out", "I'm not sleeping at night", "I'm not making time for myself", "I'm not eating home-cooked meals and just eating a lot of fast food", etc, etc, etc. and "I have this medical problem and that medical problem."
Well hell, what do you expect living (or killing yourself) like that? Did you think you could attain optimal health and well-being by running yourself into ground running around like a chicken with its head cut off and by neglecting yourself?
And then you contact me at Dherbs.com with an e-mail with a heading that reads, "URGENT", "911" or "EMERGENCY!"
No, this ain't no damn emergency! This is simply poor planning on your part and poor planning on your part does not necessitate an emergency on mine's.
You're health is failing because you failed to plan and "he who fails to plan has planned to fail."
You don't need a telephone consultation with me nor do you need an herbal prescription or recommendation from me or any other herbalist or a naturopathic doctor.
What you need to do and what you should do is simply and common sensibly 'slow your roll' (slow down), and STOP! Just stop everything you're doing. Then, simply do the opposite of everything you've been doing up until now. That's right! Just do the opposite of what you've been doing! You don't really need an herb or an herbal compound! You don't need a phone consultation! You don't need anyone to pray for you!
All you need to do is just STOP and DO THE REVERSE of what you've been doing and you'll cure yourself of everything that is plaguing you.
You haven't been relaxing? Then simply RELAX! Simple as that!
You haven't been getting enough sleep? Then start getting plenty of sleep! Simple as that!
You've been running around like a chicken with its head cut off? Then stop running around like a damn chicken with its head cut off! Simple as that!
You've been eating a lot of junk food? Then stop eating a lot of junk food. In fact, don't eat any more junk food! Simple as that!
You haven't been exercising? Then start exercising! Simple as that!
You haven't been spending time with Self? Then start spending time with self! Simple as that!
You haven't been making time for sex, romance, and intimacy? Then start making time for sex, romance, and intimacy! Simple as that!
You haven't been pampering yourself? Then start pampering yourself! Simple as that!
You haven't been cooking and eating home cooked meals? Then start cooking and eating home cooked meals! Simple as that!
People, you don't really need all that help that you think you do. This world (the Matrix) has programmed you to believe that you always need help - external help or assistance, and that you can't do certain things by yourself. But I'm here to tell you that this is bullshit!
You see, in our society, we are told to just hire someone to do things for us. Things we could all be doing for free, we simply pay other people to do it for us. For example, you don't learn about your health. You leave that up to someone else - a doctor (who knows more about health than an ant knows how to type on a computer). Or if not a doctor, then an herbalist or naturopath.
You don't learn your constitutionally protected rights and civil rights and the laws that govern this land. Oh no, that's too much for you! That's too much stuff to learn, so you just hire an attorney who simply turns you upside down by your ankles and shakes you for every penny you've got. Why? Because you're too goddamn lazy to learn what the attorney went to school to learn! You don't have to go to school to learn law. I didn't! I learned how to do legal research on my own, type up my own lawsuits and pleadings (motions, judicial notices, demurrers, notice of oppositions, injunctions, etc.) on my own, etc.
We are subtly conditioned to be irresponsible and unaccountable for our own actions. That's why we have insurance for damn near everything in this society. With insurance, we don't have to be responsible for anything. The insurance will just take care of matters for us. The insurance will limit our liability, hence limited liability.
And then there's religion too! Religion is also a form of insurance. If you're a Christian, Jesus died for your sins, so now this lets you off the hook for all the sin you do, because after all, Jesus paid for your sins with his life.
Too bad the judge at the courthouse doesn't buy this line when you're in court being tried on a criminal charge. After you've been convicted on a criminal charge, try telling the judge and prosecutor that you shouldn't have to go to jail for your crime (sin) simply because Jesus has already paid that price for you and just watch what the result will be. The judge himself will hit you upside your head with his mallet and within hours your ass will be in the gray bar hotel serving as somebody's bitch, fetching cigarettes and candy bars. You'll go from being Tookie to Pookie within hours. Your name used to be Antwoine, now you're just "twoine" (Twan)!
Stop thinking and believing that someone outside of yourself knows better about you and your 'self' than you do! You live with yourself every damn day so how could another know better about you than 'you?'
You're handicapping yourself with faulty thinking and belief.
You're not helpless! You just need 'less' help from others and to start trusting yourself, especially your intuition. You don't rely on intuition so you end up in some man-made school or institution paying his 'tuition' making him or the institution richer.
Tuition allows you to go into an institution, but intuition allows you to go within self and within self is where all the answers you seek, lie.
Did not Jesus tell you that the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven is WITHIN? Then why do you keep going or searching without?
If your life is messed up, it's messed up because of YOUR thoughts and actions and all you have to do to fix your life is stop doing what you're doing and have been doing and simply do the opposite. It's that simple!
Just do the opposite! Everything has its polarity. The opposite or polarity of sickness and disease is health! It's law, People!
The opposite of poverty is wealth!
The opposite of hate and hatred is love!
The opposite of hating yourself is loving yourself!
The opposite of being a 'deadbeat' dad is being a 'live beat' dad!
The opposite of living unrighteous is living righteous!
The opposite of being dumb is being smart!
The opposite of being religious is being spiritual!
If you're in a bad state, simply do the reverse of what got you in the bad state and you'll soon be in a good state. It's that simple!
Remember folks: you can't solve a problem with the same mindset that created the problem. Something has always got to change, and for the better, for you to do better. Simple as that!
One of the worst things you could be is to be against change.
There's never any progress without change, change for the better, that is; because all change isn't good. You can change for the bad just as you can change for the good or better.
With change, it must be preceded by a choice, a choice that takes you in the direction you desire to go in.
And before you make a choice, seek and get information - good information, because it helps to make an informed choice and without information you can't make an informed choice.
I know it sounds too simple, but yes, your cure is in simply doing the reverse of what you've been doing up until this moment. This is the cheapest or most cost-effective cure you could ever learn about and apply!
You have to admit, knowledge is power!
