The spirit of the article doesn't seem to be in line with your spirit. What was going on when you wrote the article?
I wrote that article back in 2001 when I was actually beginning my transition, becoming more universally inclined and centric. Had I just written the article in present times (late 2007) I would not have used the word "herbivore" over "frugavore," and would have elucidated in detail over certain statements made therein, i.e. "African-Americans are mentally sick people."
You have to understand that I have grown exponentially spiritually in the last six years. I was a very radical person, a serious shock jock, some six plus years ago. The average person couldn't handle me. If you think my words in the article are caustic, abrasive, and stinging now, most people probably would not have been able to tolerate my views and expression of them some 6-8 years ago. But I have learned that even when dispensing the truth and my personal truth, it's not what you say, but how you say it. I have learned that there are a lot sensitive, fragile, and delicate people in the world, especially females (which is understandable considering their nature), so it was important to take this into consideration when writing my articles so as to convey a message (regardless of what was being said) because people can be so delicate, sensitive, emotional, tender, timid, and trivial that they will neglect or ignore much needed information (and the bringer of it) because of how it was said or expressed. I have realized this is human nature, well, at least for the majority of people.
I know everybody is not as hardcore as myself, a man who can take anything (for the most part), regardless of how it is said or who said it, for that matter, and still move on or forward unaffected or unimpacted on how the thing was said, but just happy as hell to have extracted much needed information and knowledge so as to apply and gain more experience, wisdom, strength, and power in my life. I don't sweat people! Just give me the needed information and knowledge. I could care less how you say a thing. I'm wise enough to extract the good and/or even the bad and refine it in my mind and say or express it better than the author, in my own words.
You mentioned humans as "herbivores" instead of "frugavores." Which are we?
Again, I wrote the article back in 2001. After much research I have discovered that humans are basically "frugavores", or fruit-eaters. Today, we use the terms "vegetarian" and/or "herbivore" lightly. I once did this as well. But humans are essentially and biologically "frugavores", though I don't advocate this diet for the collective of people known as "city-dwellers." City living requires too much energy (unnatural exertion of energy) today and said diet is impractical for the overwhelming majority of people ("city-dwellers").
So, we are frugavores, being technical. Not herbivores!
You seemed a little Anti-European and expressed those sentiments in the article. What are your views on Europeans?
No, I'm not anti-Europeans or anti any group or race of people. Racism is an absurdity to me. It's foolish! Humanity is one and this is what I believe. I am a lover of humanity and the human experience! There's no need to discriminate against another or a different group or race. It serves no higher purpose.
Europeans are people just like Africans, Indians, Asians, Native Americans, etc. They are also members of the family of light, members of the cosmic family. But keeping things REAL, today, Europeans are not immune to what's taking place on the Earth and in the world of man, though European men created this Matrix (which does not indict every European man).
Europeans are succumbing to the same things as other so-called races, i.e., fatal diseases, poverty consciousness, marriage-relationship woes, poor health, mind control (via government and big business); economic-financial issues, etc. You name it and Europeans (White people) are feeling the brunt of it, perhaps not as much as other races (such as the so-called Black race), generally speaking, but nevertheless, they are not immune from the fire that burns the backside.
Now, pertaining to Africans following Europeans, this is true and has been for a while. I can't hide the fact of the African slave trade and the devastation it has caused on African peoples and their descendants. The facts and the history show that Europeans kidnapped and enslaved African peoples (for economic reasons). Today we hear a lot about how Africans themselves played a part in enslaving other Africans and yes, Africans did play a role in the African slave trade, but we must remember that Africans did not create or start the African slave trade nor did they benefit from it to the degree of those who initiated it (wealthy Europeans).
Personally, my views on why the African slave trade occurred are far different from the average African or Black person's. I believe it had a lot to do with group or collective karma (and not necessarily "bad" karma) predicated upon spiritual factors and reasons. Everything that happens on this planet happens for a spiritual reason whether we understand or not. I'm more spiritual on Earthly matters than emotional on them. Emotions can lead to all kinds of unhealthy feelings and even thoughts as well as actions, so I stay centered by concentrating on higher spiritual laws and factors.
The above is not the sole reason the African slave trade took place, but simply a higher spiritual reason for its occurrence. Many elements were involved in the African slave trade from economics, superiority and supremacy over one group of people by another (white supremacy), control and domination, etc.
What Are Some Natural High or Rich Sources of Natural Protein?
Basically, protein is in everything! You can't live on planet Earth without protein; so to specifically seek out protein is the result of successful training to specifically seek out protein sources, and usually man-made sources (which in most cases mean the protein is not organic and/or salubrious).
Meat in its raw form will give you some protein. Because animals (carnivores) eat their meat raw, with the exception of the domesticated cat and dog, they obtain protein. But humans disguise their meat by cooking it and therefore altering the molecules or molecular structure of the meat and this does not give you protein. In fact, what it will give you (over the years) is CANCER!
Good sources of protein include plants or herbs such as Alfalfa, Chaparral, and Moringa; seaweeds (Irish Moss, Blue-Green algae, Spirulina, Chlorella, Iceland Moss, Kelp, Dulse, Nori, Hiziki, Red Marine algae, and Wakame); seeds (such as Hemp seeds, Chia seeds, Moringa seeds, and Fenugreek seeds), and nuts (Almonds, Cashews, etc.).
What About Eating Certain Insects For Protein?
You have free will on planet Earth and can pretty much eat what you want to (and many people do). However, everything one may eat is not necessarily food. Insects are in fact food to other creatures, but with us humans, everything we eat isn't necessarily food and insects would be in this category.
True, there are certain people who eat chocolate covered ants, but what gets me is the discrimination in which insects to eat (or the ones we do eat), just like in which meats to eat.
We humans eat only select animals (such as chickens, turkeys, cows, sheep, pigs, cows, horses, buffalo, deer, fish, lobster, crabs, clams, and shrimp) but avoid eating other animals (such as elephants, dogs and cats, rats, monkeys, lions, tigers, cheetahs, etc.). Why is that? I sound like rapper KRS-One!
So, if chocolate-covered ants are delectable and appealing, how come chocolate covered cockroaches, chocolate covered spiders, and/or chocolate covered mosquitoes or bees aren't? Why not? They're insects too, right?
You see, it's all conditioning! People are eating chocolate covered ants because they have been conditioned to eat them. They (chocolate covered ants) have been made acceptable and appealing via conditioning.
Basically, what we eat, we have been programmed by our society we reside in, to believe that it is okay to eat, even if it really isn't. Even pertaining to so-called food and our diets - we have been conditioned and brainwashed (especially thanks to television and radio marketing). Welcome to the realization of the illusion called the Matrix!
