I teach that heart disease is the #1 killer of Americans and understandably so. The majority of Americans have heartened hearts, damaged hearts, broken hearts, untrusting hearts, and closed hearts. Our hearts are adversely impacted on the emotional level, spiritual level, and physical levels amongst various levels.
Our heart's cells have many bad memories stored there. Our hearts are full of sadness, sorrow, and grief - all energetic demons of the heart. Instead of treatment with the proper medicine - energy or vibrational medicine, in our society, we attempt to treat our heart problems - the emotional injuries and diseases, with pharmaceutical drugs but this creates a problem because God did not make our bodies with or from any man-made drug. You are a physical product of Nature so your physical products you take for healing and health maintenance should also come from Nature.
Because of our Western lifestyles and diets, we put too much unnecessary strain and stress on our hearts. We have emotional problems of the heart and physical problems with the heart. It's high time that we begin to show our hearts some love. To do this, we will need to become knowledgeable about the heart (as an organ), its makeup and functions.
Let's look at the human heart as an organ first and foremost. The heart is a muscular, cone-shaped organ, about the size of a clenched fist, that pumps blood throughout the body and beats normally about 70 times per minute by coordinated nerve impulses and muscular contractions.
Enclosed in pericardium, the heart rests on the diaphragm between the lower borders of the lungs, occupying the middle of the mediastinum. It is covered ventrally by the sternum and the adjoining parts of the third to the sixth costal cartilages.
The organ is about 12 cm long, 8 cm wide at its broadest part, and 6 cm thick. The weight of the heart in men averages between 280 and 340 g and in women, between 230 and 280 g.
The layers of the heart, starting from the outside, are the epicardium, the myocardium, and the endocardium. The epicardium includes the visceral pericardium and a layer of fibroelastic connective tissue interspersed with fat. The myocardium is composed of layers and bundles of cardiac muscle laced blood vessels. The endocardium is continuous with the endothelial lining of the blood vessels and is composed of squamous endothelium.
The chambers of the heart include two ventricles with thick muscular walls, making up the bulk of the organ, and two atria with thin muscular walls. A septum separates the ventricles and extends between the atria, dividing the heart into the right and the left sides. The left side of the heart pumps oxygenated blood from the pulmonary veins into the aorta and on to all parts of the body. The right side of the heart pumps deoxygenated blood, received through the venae cavae, into the pulmonary arteries. - Mosby's Medical Dictionary, 3rd edition, p. 548
Okay, now let's look at the cardiovascular system.
"The cardiovascular system includes the heart and the blood vessels. The heart pumps blood, and the blood vessels channel and deliver it throughout the body. Arteries carry blood filled with nutrients away from the heart to all parts of the body. The blood is sometimes compared to a river, but the arteries are more like a river in reverse. Arteries are thick-walled tubes with a circular covering of yellow, elastic fibers, which contain a filling of muscle that absorbs the tremendous pressure wave of a heartbeat and slows the blood down. This pressure can be felt in the arm and wrist - it is the pulse. Eventually arteries divide into smaller arterioles and then into even smaller capillaries, the smallest of all blood vessels."
"Further, one arteriole can serve a hundred capillaries. Here, in every tissue of every organ, blood's work is done when it gives up what the cells need and takes away the waste products that they don't need. Now the river comparison really does apply. Capillaries join together to form small veins, which flow into larger main veins, and these deliver deoxygenated blood back to the heart. Veins, unlike arteries, have thin, slack walls, because the blood has lost the pressure which forced it out of the heart, so the dark, reddish-blue blood which flows through the veins on its way to the lungs oozes along very slowly on its way to be reoxygenated. Back at the heart, the veins enter a special vessel, called the pulmonary arteries, into the wall at right side of the heart. It flows along the pulmonary arteries to the lungs to collect oxygen, then back to the heart's left side to begin its journey around the body again." - Inner Body
Okay, now that we have a little basic understanding of the heart and the heart's basic makeup, functions, and purpose, as well as the cardiovascular system, let's deal with some diseases and disorders of the heart and cardiovascular system.
Heart Attack. A heart attack occurs when blood flow to a section of heart muscle becomes blocked. If the flow of blood isn't restored quickly, the section of heart muscle becomes damaged from lack of oxygen and begins to die. Heart attack is a leading killer of both men and women in the United States. Heart attacks occur most often as a result of a condition called coronary artery disease (CAD). In CAD, a fatty material called plaque (plak) builds up over many years on the inside walls of the coronary arteries (the arteries that supply blood and oxygen to your heart). Eventually, an area of plaque can rupture, causing a blood clot to form on the surface of the plaque. If the clot becomes large enough, it can mostly or completely block the flow of oxygen-rich blood to the part of the heart muscle fed by the artery. - National Heart Lungs and Blood Institute
In cases of heart attack, for most people, their heart didn't attack them. They attacked their heart. They attacked their heart through grand ignorance, especially of what, how, and when to eat. The SAD (Standard American Diet) consists of fatty foods and these fatty foods play a major role in obstructing the arteries and thus arterial flow or circulation. The SAD is a great producer of arterial plaque.
During a heart attack, if the blockage in the coronary artery isn't treated quickly, the heart muscle will begin to die and be replaced by scar tissue. This heart damage may not be obvious, or it may cause severe or long-lasting problems. Severe problems linked to heart attack can include heart failure and life-threatening arrhythmias (irregular heartbeats). Heart failure is a condition in which the heart can't pump enough blood throughout the body. Ventricular fibrillation is a serious arrhythmia that can cause death if not treated quickly.
Carditis. An inflammatory condition of the muscles of the heart, usually resulting in infections. In most cases more than one layer of muscles is involved. Chest pain, cardiac arrhythmia, circulatory failure, and damage to the structures of the heart may occur. Kinds of carditis are endocarditis, myocarditis, and pericarditis. Mosby's Medical Dictionary, 3rd edition, p. 209
Because of the suffix "itis" in 'carditis' we know that carditis is the result of mucus buildup around the heart. Carditis also suggests that the heart is inflamed. Any time an organ is inflamed, it has been working too hard, more than normal and has been doing so in an attempt to process all of the unnatural things put in the body by the ignorant host of the body.
Inflammation leads to the production of mucus, unhealthy mucus (dark green and/or yellowish in color) and mucus is the body's biggest silent killer. The mucus along with other things such as arterial plaque obstructs the heart, aorta, valves, arteries, etc.
When an organ is obstructed, it will have to work harder and in turn will cause taxation of the other organs. Disharmony in the body is created when one organ or a few organs have to work harder than normal.
Heart failure. "A condition in which the heart cannot pump enough blood in relation to the venous return and the metabolic requirements of body tissues. Extreme exertion may cause heart failure in individuals with normal hearts if there is a discrepancy between the needs of the body and the volume of blood pumped by the heart. Heart failure may be generally classified as cardiac mechanical failure, myocardial failure, and arrhythmic failure. Most forms of heart failure are caused by atrial failure or by ventricular failure, and many patients develop heart failure from more than one cause. Many of the symptoms associated with heart failure are caused by the dysfunction of organs other than the heart, especially the lungs, kidneys, and liver. Mosby's supra, p.
In cases of "congestive heart failure", the heart is sabotaged from congestion and what causes the congestion? Answer: Debris from unhealthy or poor diet. There is no congestive heart failure without congestion.
One of the greatest culprits of heart failure in general is poor diet; eating a diet high in slaughtered animal flesh (meat) and dairy products (liquid animal flesh) which leads to excess fatty particles in the body.
It is poor diet that leads to obesity that is another culprit in heart disease because excess weight on the body will cause a situation whereby the heart will have difficulty in pumping sufficient amounts of blood. But both obesity and heart failure are the results of poor diet and we must remember that heart failure is a degenerative disease and thus a reversible disease, reversible through proper dietary changes as well as proper lifestyle changes that include periodic cleansing and detoxing, i.e. Full Body Detox (FBD) and 10-Day Supreme Heart Cleanse (SHC).
Cardiac arrest. "A sudden cessation or cardiac output and effective circulation, usually precipitated by ventricular fibrillation and, in some instances, by ventricular asystole. When cardiac arrest occurs, delivery of oxygen and removal of carbon dioxide stop, tissue cell metabolism becomes anaerobic, and metabolic and respiratory acidosis ensue. Immediate initiation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation is required to prevent heart, lung, kidney, and brain damage. Mosby's supra, p.
Cardiac arrest is what killed singer Michael Jackson on the surface (result of lethal mixture of a cocktail of drugs) whose death has now been ruled a homicide by Los Angeles police detectives as well as the Coroner's office.
It was man-made drugs (especially Propofol) that proved fatal for Jackson, who already had a weak heart energetically due to heartbreak in life, especially in later years, due to actions and feelings of betrayal in addition to human cruelty (that led to a couple of vicious lawsuits predicated upon spurious and specious claims) from a few underdeveloped human beings.
To me, it makes perfectly clear sense that so many Americans are dying from cardiac arrest (outside of drug inducement as was the case of Michael Jackson) considering the lack of oxygen we are not getting (breathing) these days. However, Michael Jackson too was not getting sufficient amounts of oxygen from the results of his multiple nose surgeries that were evidenced in his speech.
It is reported that our atmospheric or environmental oxygen levels must be 38% for maximum health and wellbeing but as of late 1998, our national (United States) levels were reported at 19%. At 12% levels, if the oxygen levels ever get there (hopefully not), we're all in serious trouble!
Lack of oxygen greatly adversely affects us on many levels, especially at the brain and heart levels, two organs that greatly need an ample supply of oxygen.
Aortic Stenosis. A cardiac anomaly characterized by a narrowing or stricture of the aortic valve because of congenital malformation or of fusion of the cusps, as may result from rheumatic fever. Aortic stenosis obstructs the flow of blood from the left ventricle into the aorta, causing decreased cardiac output and pulmonary vascular congestion. Mosby's supra, p. 84
We get a lot of inquiries about this problem at Dherbs.com. This is a circulation problem that can be reversed through proper diet and lifestyle changes. Where there is obstruction, all you have to do is reverse the obstruction. Simple as that! Remedies for all heart problems are covered in this article near the end of it, but please keep reading!
Aortitis. An inflammation condition of the aorta, occurring most frequently in tertiary syphilis and occasionally in rheumatic fever. Kinds of aortitis are rheumatic aortitis and syphilitic aortitis. Mosby's supra, p. 84
Regardless of the specific heart disease or heart-related problem, i.e. cardiac stenosis, angina, cardiac reflex, myocarditis, irregular heartbeat, all you have to do in most cases is cleanse, build, strengthen, rejuvenate, and nourish the heart and the heart problem will be reversed and the reversal stems from change to healthy diet high in fruits and vegetables, eradication of stress and negative emotion (hatred, anger, jealousy, etc.) from one's life (done via the medium of having and maintaining a positive attitude and thinking process); living more from the heart (loving more, as unconditional as you can), and performing beneficial exercises that will not stress the heart, but stimulate and tone it.
The Dangers of Antidepressants in Relation to Heart Disease
Another culprit in heart problems, especially heart disease, is antidepressant form of drugs. SRRI antidepressant drugs to be exact!
Consider the words of Dr. Candace B. Pert (quoted from Dr. Ann Tracy Blake):
"With these SSRI antidepressants, especially in longer-term use, we would see the same cardiovascular problems we saw with Fen-Fen and Redux. You see: the drugs we're discussing here aren't just Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Luvox, Effexor, Celexa, Lexapro, Sarafem and Anafronil; but also Fen-Fen, Redux, Meridia. These diet pills also work on serotonin levels.
Never in the history of medicine has the developer of any particular medication come out as strongly as Dr. Pert did; especially while the drugs are still on the market. Four years later, how many patients are being told that the developer is alarmed at the monster the doctor is handing to them?
With Fen-Fen and Redux, we learned that high serotonin levels produce a gummy, gooey, glossy substance that builds up on the heart valves, and keep the valve from shutting. The lawsuits are still being filed four years later. We also know that high serotonin will cause a gummy, gooey, glossy substance to build up in the brain tissue. We call that Alzheimer's."
Dr. Ann Tracy Blake states the following about mixing antidepressants with painkillers in relation to the death of the late great Michael Jackson:
"As suspected, and now confirmed, Michael Jackson dead at age 50 do to Serotonin Syndrome as a result of 2 serotonergic medications - Zoloft (antidepressant) and Demerol (pain killer). Lisa Maire Presley has not only lost her father, but now also her Ex-husband, to the same basic combination of drugs: antidepressants and painkillers. Michael Jackson lost his life due to the organ-stopping effect of Serotonin Syndrome thanks to a drug that should have been removed from the market decades ago - Demerol. A serotonergic medication similar in action to antidepressants, atypical antipsychotics, and other painkillers. Serotonin constricts smooth muscle tissue. The major organs of the body are composed of smooth muscle tissue. When serotonin levels increase too high the major organs constrict and shut down. Elevated serotonin, which all of these medications produce, causes death via multiple organ failure. This is the same way Daniel Smith, Anna Nicole Smith's young son lost his life due to the combination of four serotonergic medications. Are Drugs To Blame For Jackson's Death?"
I say, "Yes!" Drugs (in addition to medical negligence) are responsible for Jackson's death. Plus, the Los Angeles County Coroner's office also states the same thing:
"The report states "death by acute propofol intoxication and other conditions contributing to death: benzodiazepine effect."The manner of death is ruled a "homicide." "The drugs propofol and lorazepam were found to be the primary drugs responsible for Mr. Jackson's death. Other drugs detected were midazolam, diazepam, lidocaine and ephedrine."
Though not added to the list above, Jackson was also taking the drug "Demerol." What's very strange is that he also made a song about it and the song was named "Demerol."
Those of you who believe in taking an aspirin a day as if that's really a good thing or healthy thing to do please be advised that you are terribly thinning your blood. Thinning the blood, especially with an unnatural source (i.e. aspirin), could result in stroke. Thinning the blood is never healthy as it results in lack of necessary quantity of blood and thus lack of oxygen and nutrients.
Anytime there's a condition of having to thin the blood, the arteries are impaired, usually obstructed and congested with some kind of debris, i.e. plaque, mucus, etc.
The blood shouldn't be thinned, however, the arteries should be cleaned and the arteries can be cleaned via herbal cleansing (i.e. 10-Day Supreme Heart Cleanse (SHC) and Full Body Detox, fasting, improved diet containing moderate amount of fiber, and drinking alkaline water (i.e. DH20).
In addition to thinning your blood, you are also damaging your nerves, as well as the lining of your intestines with aspirin use and/or daily consumption. Aspirin can even burn a hole in your stomach!
Aspirin is NOT a food and should not be consumed, especially on a daily basis. This is not healthy or wise at all. In fact, aspirin converts into acetic acid in the body and acetic acid is dangerous, very dangerous, as it eats (destroys) red blood corpuscles. This undoubtedly leads to stroke and/or seizure.
Beware of ALL blood thinning medication. You're playing Russian roulette with your life when (or if) you take them. Please read our article "The Dangers of Blood Thinners."
High Blood Pressure
High blood pressure (a/k/a hypertension) is a degenerative disease that affects some 60 million Americans, most of whom are African-American. Though only 13% of the total U.S. population (according to statistics), African-Americans lead the nation in cases of high blood pressure. Most of the reasons African-Americans have the highest incidences of high blood pressure can be attributed to the Black version of the SAD (Standard American Diet), called "soul food" which is a diet saturated with dead animal flesh (meat) and thus cholesterol, and SALT, which is really a poison called crude oil extract, a petroleum derivative sold to people under the guise of white table salt.
Hypertension is medically defined as: "A common, often asymptomatic disorder characterized by elevated blood pressure persistently exceeding 140/90 mm Hg. Essential hypertension, the most frequent kind, has no single identifiable cause, but the risk of the disorder is increased by obesity, a high sodium level in serum, hypercholesterolemia, and a family history of high blood pressure. The incidence of hypertension is higher in men than in women and is twice as great in blacks as in whites. Persons with mild or moderate hypertension may be asymptomatic or may experience suboccipital headaches, especially on rising, tinnitus, lightheadedness, easy fatigability, and palpitations. With sustained hypertension arterial walls become thickened, inelastic, and resistant to blood flow, and, as a result, the left ventricle becomes distended and hypertrophied in its efforts to maintain normal circulation. Inadequate blood supply to the coronary arteries may cause angina or myocardial infarction. Left ventricular hypertrophy may lead to congestive heart failure." Mosby's Medical Dictionary, 3rd ed, p. 590
Now, to break down the above in layman's term for proper understanding, clearly hypertension results from insalubrious diet and lifestyle, and for African-Americans, a diet and lifestyle that unfortunately devolves upon future generations under the doctrine of traditional paralysis.
There is no such thing as high blood pressure running in one's family. The only thing that runs in your family is a poor diet that you rejoice in eating and to your own detriment.
Man-made sodium (white table salt) is a great contributor to high blood pressure. When it comes to foods, there are not a lot of healthy white-colored things one can eat. As many in the health consciousness movement admonish (including those who are Caucasian or White): avoid eating white foods! Chances are, if it's white, it's refined and devoid of nutrition. White foods or more correctly, foodstuffs, include white eggs, white flour (white bread), white rice, white sugar, white salt, milk, and lard.
White chicken eggs are STERILE! These eggs won't hatch! The sterilization of white eggs plays a tremendous role in the high incidences of infertility in our society nowadays. After all, you are what you eat!
White flour is void of nutrition (wheat germ) that is discarded to produce a soft white refined bread void of nutrition.
White rice is altered brown rice. It too is void of nutrition! Asian people can tolerate this kind of rice due to their biogenetic makeup. However, you never see Asians eating big bowls of white rice (like you do Americans, especially here in the U.S.).
White sugar (sucrose) is nitro-glycerin, or dynamite! This stuff will blow you up and away, especially your brain! Sugar is the number drug pushed on the planet. The first thing they give babies born in hospitals is sugar water; getting little babies hooked on sugar from day one.
White table salt (sodium chloride) contributes to high blood pressure like almost nothing else. This stuff is a poison - crude oil extract! It is derived from the process of drilling for oil (petroleum). Instead of disposing this toxin, it is refined, blended with 32 other chemical ingredients, placed in a box, and placed on super casket, oops, I mean "super market" shelves for the ignorant American people to purchase and consume. What a brilliant but insidious way to get rid of toxic waste that would otherwise cost millions of dollars to dispose of.
Pharmaceutical drugs are right behind salt in contributing to high blood pressure. Pharmaceutical drugs have the same reaction in the body as white table salt. It is very common for people who take numerous drugs to develop high blood pressure. Pharmaceutical drugs are poisonous! They are more poisonous than the drugs classified as "illegal."
The reason why salt (and many pharmaceutical medications) causes high blood pressure is because the stuff is so toxic and poisonous that the Body Intelligence causes the blood flow to speed up for purposes of moving the toxins through the heart expeditiously so the toxins and poisons will not lodge in the heart. This is how and why salt causes hypertension. But in that speeding up of the blood flow to protect the heart, the heart (which is already damaged in most people) has to work harder and is thus now stressed, which inevitably results in congested heart failure. Basically, the heart doesn't fail; the person simply failed their heart (and body) but not giving the heart what it needed to. Organs have to eat too! Organs also have to be detoxified and cleansed too!
Why is the heart stressed in increasing the blood flow in cases of high blood pressure? Well, for one, HIGH CHOLESTEROL! Americans are getting too much unnatural cholesterol in their diet and the only source of this cholesterol is from DEAD ANIMALS (their flesh and excreta, i.e. dairy).
Humans already have cholesterol and we don't need any more than what we already have. But when we consume animal carcass (meat) and their excreta (dairy products, i.e. milk, butter, sour cream, ice cream, cheese, etc.) we are also getting extra cholesterol - the animal's cholesterol (exo-cholesterol, meaning "endogenous cholesterol"), and this stuff clogs the arteries and impairs blood circulation via the arteries.
And add arterial plaque and mucus to the equation and now you've really complicated matters. Now you have the perfect recipe for heart problems.
Good Circulation and Healthy Heart
Good blood circulation goes hand in hand with a healthy heart. Circulation is so vital for good health. With good circulation, the organs get what they need, i.e. oxygen, nutrients, and hormonal secretions by way of the blood, so good healthy and unobstructed blood flow and circulation are imperative.
Because excessive weight (fat) on the body hampers and restricts blood flow and circulation, we can see how excessive weight is insalubrious. Obese people punish their hearts because their hearts have to work harder than it was designed to work. Heart function overload greatly stresses the heart.
The biggest enemies of the human heart would have to be meat, dairy products, refined grains, commercial SALT (man-made sodium chloride), pharmaceutical drugs, cigarettes, acidic and effervescent beverages; and white distilled vinegar (also eats up the blood and has a pH of "0").
The Metaphysics of Heart Disease
Without a doubt, all physical heart problems are predicated upon energetic issues, usually issues of an emotional and spiritual nature. Our feelings of a metaphorical and figurative "broken" heart adversely affect and impact our heart organ, physically and literally. Constant "heartbreak" also does the same thing. Any common negative emotion or emotions that we connect or associate with the heart adversely affects the heart.
"He broke my heart!"
"My heart aches!"
"I've closed the door to my heart."
"Love don't live here anymore! I've been hurt once too many!"
"My heart is wounded!"
"I'm afraid to open my heart up to him/her!"
The heart organ's cells record information pertaining to Fourth Chakra attributes, including love, trust, care, compassion, giving and receiving to name a few.
Being in love makes for a healthy heart. So does happiness. It really is true that happiness is great medicine. I can't forget about laughter - also great medicine for the heart.
When we care (about self and others), we strengthen the heart. When we love, especially from the depths of the heart, we strengthen the heart. When we exercise compassion, we strengthen the heart. When we give (from the heart), we strengthen the heart. We when receive, and openly so, we strengthen the heart.
When we genuinely and truly live from the heart, we strengthen as well as nourish, tone, and build the heart. All positive emotion helps the heart whereas all negative emotion adversely affects it.
We really do need heart healing on the energetic and subtle levels. I strongly recommend reading Dherbs.com "The Love Manual", e-book as well as reading our e-article "Understanding the Chakras."
And I'd be remiss to not cover the situation of having a hole in the heart. In cases such as this, metaphysically, a person born with a hole in his or her heart perhaps was shot or stabbed through the heart in a previous or past last-time, or, perhaps experienced much heart and pain in the past or previous life.
As long as a person is alive, despite having a hole in their heart, if they follow all the advice in this article (pertaining to care of the heart) in addition to a lot of the other good and pertinent information on this site, especially about diet, the person will be alright, especially if they ignore a lot of what doctors may tell them as too many doctors inundate people with fear which is diametrically opposed to healing energy. Fear stifles the healing process.
I think it's also important to cover in this section of this article that there are 12 major organs that have high peak times and low peak times, and the heart is one of them.
The heart's high peak time is from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and the low peak time is from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Most people who die of heart disease, heart attack or heart failure, die between these peak times for the heart, usually between 11:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. when the heart's energy is weakest. Next, they die between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Michael Jackson died around 11:00 a.m. on the day he died.
When you understand the peak periods of certain organs, you can plan your life and activities better. For example, the best time to perform cardio exercises would be during the heart's high peak period (11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
The heart remembers what you say, so say nice things as much as possible. Also, be conscious of what you say, especially pertaining to your organs and phrases associated with these organs. I say this due to the fact that the late actor/comedian Redd Foxx in his 1970s television series "Sanford & Son" always talked about having the 'Big One' (referring to a having heart attack) and coming to see and be with his deceased wife Elizabeth, and ended up dying from a heart attack while filming a T.V. sitcom episode of "The Royal Family" in the early 1990s which ironically was a show that was going to be called "Chest Pains."
"Ironically, 'The Royal Family' was not the first title for the show. "They had an idea called 'Chest Pains'", Redd Foxx told a reporter, "But that sounded too much like Fred Sanford." It was a sadly prophetic title. On October 11, 1991 (just a month after the first episode aired), Redd Foxx had a massive heart attack during rehearsals. At first the cast and crew laughed at him, they thought he was joking around, doing his "I'm coming Elizabeth" shtick from 'Sanford and Son'. It quickly became apparent that this was no joke, but still no one on the set was willing to immediately help the comedian as he lay dying. No member of the crew wanted to risk his job and be known as the person who injured the star of the show." - The Death of Redd Foxx
Minutes before Foxx had a heart attack, Foxx was very angry and upset that an interview that was being conducted with him was interrupted so a scene could be filmed for the sitcom. Foxx was so pissed off and perturbed. In the video footage filmed on the day of his death, you can even hear Foxx say: "Ticks me off!" In addition, you can see and feel his hurt, pain, and humiliation (as a man and as a human being) evidently coming from feeling powerless. Mr. Foxx was another Black celebrity who died of a broken heart, predicated upon much worry, fear, and stress (and not to mention, self-imposed ignorance) due to what the I.R.S. did to him in the late 1980s - took everything from the man, came in his house and took everything, I mean everything (clothes, furniture, jewelry, etc.) including the 85 cents in his pocket and the rings on his finger. It was very sad to watch that.
So watch what you say because your body remembers everything you say! It really does!
Heart Surgery
If a situation is not a matter of life and death, I personally am adverse to surgeries. Many surgeries performed here in the U.S. are unnecessary and are only done to make money. Surgery is a business!
My advice to any person considering surgery is this: before you opt for surgery, give Nature (herbs, natural remedies) a try. You have nothing to lose.
You can do things on your own to cleanse and repair your heart and arteries (coronary arteries) before going under the knife for cardiac bypass heart surgery. A doctor giving the blood a new pathway to the heart via invasive means such as surgery is unnecessary. God didn't make any mistake in how God directed the blood to flow to the heart. So now just because you ate bad due to ignorance and programming and clogged your coronary arteries you have to allow another man (or woman) to cut into your flesh and reroute your arteries? Nonsense!
This is not a solution in my opinion! It's insanity! Why? Because you have only rerouted the arteries! You haven't cleared the clogged arteries. You left the arteries clogged so in time it won't matter that the arteries have been rerouted because rerouting doesn't remove congestion or undo obstruction (caused by arterial plaque from the crap you eat and ate). Not at all!
And when Angioplasty surgery is performed in cases of blocked arteries, the catheter passing through the arteries often cause plaque to be scraped off the artery walls in large chunks and the plaque is flushed through the body and will often end up in the brain causing mental deficiencies or a stroke or paralysis.
Unlike Angioplasty surgery, Angioprim (a form of chelation therapy) is very safe because it dissolves plaque at the molecular level, one atom at a time.
So before you allow a doctor to frighten you into surgery, check your options. I'm not telling you to not have surgery or don't get surgery performed. All I'm saying is be wise and intelligent and check your options for natural remedies before you consent to going under the knife. Options like EDTA chelation therapy (i.e. Angioprim supra) which dissolves artery plaque without fear of dangerous side effects. There are 52 varieties of chelation therapy so do your homework. In addition and even better and safer (and cheaper) than chelation therapy is change of diet and performance of Dherbs.com Full Body Detox (FBD) followed by the 10-Day Supreme Heart Cleanse (SHC).
Healing Heart Problems Naturally
You have to change your diet to a more nutrition-dense diet, a diet rich in necessary and vital nutrients that will nourish and maintain the body and foster healing.
Eat more raw fruits and vegetables, seeds and nuts (good ones), and healthy grains. Choose organic foods whenever they're available. You can afford them! Just believe this and act upon this belief and God/Universe will bless you with the money to eat the best food.
Drink plenty of vegetable juice every chance you get. Your heart will thank you for it. Vegetable juice is very alkalizing.
Drink alkaline water (whether you're detoxifying the body or not). It's the best water you can drink. Distilled water is great for drinking while you're detoxing but I wouldn't recommend to drink it outside of body cleansing and purification purposes (which includes fasting).
Cut out fried and fatty foods. No meat and/or dairy products! These are heart-killer products (faux foods).
Bake your foods over frying them. Regardless of if you fry or bake your food, only use olive oil or other healthy cooking oils to cook with. You can find information on healthy cooking oils also on this site.
Avoid all toxic and harmful cooking oils on the market, i.e. vegetable oil, corn oil, canola oil, soy oil, peanut oil, as well as margarine and other synthetic spreads.
Choose some of the more healthy brands and alternative oils listed in our "Alternative Diet and Lifestyle Manual" e-book or elsewhere on the Dherbs.com website.
No heart medication in the world will help your heart. The heart simply isn't made out of drugs so drugs can't help the heart. Drugs will harm and may actually stop the heart from beating altogether and the perfect case is the late great Michael Jackson. That dangerous cocktail of pharmaceutical drugs stopped that man's heart. You can't even blame the amount of drugs given to MJ as the problem. It wasn't the amount, but the drugs in and of themselves. Anytime you have to monitor the amount of something consumed, you shouldn't be taking it. It shouldn't be allowed to enter your body. You don't have to monitor food, only poison, because food doesn't harm us, poison does!
Your body comes from Nature and not a laboratory so why would you take a product (i.e. pharmaceutical drug) made in a laboratory instead of something that comes from Nature (i.e. herb)? Were you made in a laboratory?
It just doesn't make sense. I had a friend who had been on heart medication for 10 years. This woman was a dear friend of mine. Doctors had done a successful brainwashing job on her via the use of fear and she participated in this brainwashing job by her decision to believe the doctor's every word. They had her believing if she stopped taking their heart medication she'd die. She had taken the drugs for 10 years.
One day I asked her: "When are the drugs going to kick in and help your heart, because 10 years is a mighty long time to be taking something and not see any results."
Poor woman! She couldn't get through her fear and took those heart pills for the rest of her life. She trusted doctors more than she trusted God, and she professed to believe in God too.
I'm warning you - you'd be wise to leave drugs alone! Those things are dangerous and they kill! Learn to put your trust in Nature and common sense.
If you smoke tobacco, you'd be wise to stop smoking this toxic substance. Tobacco via cigarette smoking chiefly, plays a role in heart disease. Tobacco is estimated to kill 6 million people next year. Yes, a whopping 6 million souls will transcend the fleshly body with the aid of a toxic product. If you need worldly authority on this, just read the following:
WASHINGTON - Tobacco use will kill 6 million people next year from cancer, heart disease, emphysema and a range of other ills, the American Cancer Society said in a report issued on Tuesday. The society's new Tobacco Atlas estimates that tobacco use costs the global economy $500 billion a year in direct medical expenses, lost productivity and environmental harm. Tobacco accounts for one out of every 10 deaths worldwide and will claim 5.5 million lives this year alone," the report said. If current trends hold, by 2020, the number will grown to an estimated 7 million and top 8 million by 2030. Some other findings from the report available:
1 billion men smoke -35 percent of men in rich countries and 50 percent of men in developing countries.
About 250 million women smoke daily - 22 percent of women in developed countries and 9 percent of women in developing countries.
Smoking rates among women are either stable or increasing in several southern, central and eastern European countries.
The risk of dying from lung cancer is more than 23 times higher for men who smoke than for nonsmokers and 13 times higher for women smokers.
Tobacco kills one-third to one-half of those who smoke. Smokers die an average of 15 years earlier than nonsmokers.
Nearly 60 percent of Chinese men smoke and China consumes more than 37 percent of the world's cigarettes.
50 million Chinese children, mostly boys, will die prematurely from tobacco-related diseases. Tobacco use will eventually kill 250 million of today's teenagers and children.
Occupational exposure to secondhand smoke kills 200,000 workers every year.
"One hundred million people were killed by tobacco in the 20th century. Unless effective measures are implemented to prevent young people from smoking and to help current smokers quit, tobacco will kill 1 billion people in the 21st century," the report predicts.
Tobacco is a serious poison and should be avoided at all costs, especially if you have heart problems. Carbon monoxide produced from cigarette smoke strangely has an affinity for the blood ten times the rate of oxygen. If you smoke, you are giving the heart 10 times the amount of carbon monoxide than you would be giving it oxygen. This is something to really think about!
Moving on ...
Nature is bounteous in the number of herbs she gives for the heart and cardiovascular system.
Beneficial plants or herbs for the heart include: Hawthorne berries, Wahoo Bark, Ginseng (all variations, but especially American), Shepherd's Purse, Lily of the Valley, Ginger Root, Angelica, Night-blooming Cereus, Blessed Thistle, Motherwort, Cayenne, Bugleweed, Gingko Biloba, Mistletoe (European), and Bala to name a few.
These herbs, most of them (along with other necessary changes, i.e. diet, lifestyle, thought-process, etc.), will help to heal cases of high blood pressure, angina pectoris, and irregular heartbeat and a myriad of other heart disorders and problems.
NOTE: Yohimbe bark and Licorice root herbs will only cause heart problems when a heart is weak, due to understimulation or overstimulation.
Of all the herbs listed above, one stands out as the most important and effective for cardio health and that is Cayenne, a/k/a Capsicum fruit, as it is the only herb or substance for that matter that can actually stop or reverse a heart attack while in progress.
If a little Cayenne is placed in the mouth (under the tongue) during a heart attack, it will stop or reverse the heart attack. This effect and ability undoubtedly has to make Cayenne one of the most valuable and important herbs available to man, especially man who dwells in the city or civilization and doesn't know the science and laws surrounding the acts of eating and drinking.
Cayenne stops heart attacks by stimulating the heart's electrical system. Your heart has its own internal electrical system that controls the speed and rhythm of your heartbeat. With each heartbeat, an electrical signal spreads from the top of the heart to the bottom. As it travels, the electrical signal causes the heart to contract in an organized manner and pump blood.
Cayenne stops heart attacks in progress by stimulating the heart's electrical system.
Because pacemakers work by stimulating the heart's electrical system, Cayenne (used along with a heart-conducive dietary regimen) is a wonderful natural remedy to what pacemakers are used for.
A pacemaker is a small device that's placed under the skin of your chest or abdomen to help control abnormal heart rhythms. This device uses electrical pulses to prompt the heart to beat at a normal rate.
Pacemakers are used to treat heart rhythms that are too slow, fast, or irregular. These abnormal heart rhythms are called arrhithymias (ah-RITH-me-ahs).
Pacemakers are unnecessary in my view because arrhithymia is caused by poor diet and lifestyle and diet and lifestyle can always be changed. So why not change the diet and lifestyle instead of having some man-made gadget inserted into your body, at a financial cost of course (ain't nothing free in the Matrix)? After all, you weren't born with a pacemaker. Were you?
Herbs that are beneficial for cardiovascular health include: Cayenne, Cinnamon, Butcher's Broom, Gingko Biloba, Cloves, and Gotu Kola to name a few.
You can't effectively deal with the heart without dealing with the veins or venous system and beneficial herbs for the veins include: Horse Chestnut, Cayenne, Ginger Root, Cinnamon, Manjistha, Butcher's Broom, Gotu Kola, Prickly Ash Bark, Knotgrass, White oak Bark, Wood Betony, Yunnan Toucha, Calendula, and Witch Hazel Bark.

I am also a big proponent of magnet therapy. I believe in using magnet therapy for the heart as well but one must be very careful with the use of magnets pertaining to heart problems. If you use a pacemaker, by all means avoid the use of magnets! Other than this situation with a pacemaker, magnets are safe, but only predicated upon having knowledge of the science of using magnets.
Magnets deal with polarity and knowing a magnet's polarities is important. The "south" side of a magnet is stimulating and the "north" side is healing. If suffering from a heart challenge, like from a weak heart, you wouldn't want to stimulate the heart so you wouldn't wear the magnet with its "south side to your heart.
I'll cover more on magnet therapy in a new article on the subject so please sty tuned to Dherbs.com!
You must also remove stress from your life. Stress adversely impacts the heart. Consider performing yoga, deep breathing exercises, tai chi, qi chong, or other subtle exercises which beneficially help the heart.
Chakra balancing of the 4th Chakra will greatly help the heart on all levels, but especially on the emotional (energetic) level. You can learn more about balancing the Heart Chakra (Hermetic Plexus) by reading The Love Manual",
"Understanding the Chakras" and
" The Chakra Chart".
You can also visit our facility in West Los Angeles to receive chakra-balancing sessions as well as get your aura photographed and see in person the power of your thoughts and feelings in relation to your chakra's reaction to how you think and feel.
Physical exercise can help the heart, but not vigorous exercises. Vigorous physical exercises put too much stress on the heart. Many people overdo cardio exercises while in the gym and do more harm than good for the heart. When it comes to exercise, strain and stress is not always best or good. People don't know it but in most cases they stress and strain their heart and other organs when working out in the gym.
What people do in the gym is not natural. Lifting weights is not natural though many people enjoy it. Well, they (the person) may enjoy it but their internal organs don't.
You are not healthy because you go to the gym and work out. Health is wholistic. You are mostly healthy because of what you think, eat, and do. It's a combination of things. Again, it's wholistic, a wholistic approach.
And I'd really be remiss if I didn't cover LAUGHTER! Laughter truly is great medicine for the heart. When you laugh, learn to laugh from the belly (2nd chakra), the seat of pleasure and fun.
So laugh, laugh, laugh! And have a blast! You're heart will appreciate it!
You can heal your heart - NATURALLY! You do not need another person's heart. Remember, the heart stores feeling and emotion. When you receive another person's heart (via heart transplant surgery), you receive the essence of the person - what they thought, how they felt, what they craved (diet, actions, etc.). The deceased person sort of lives on through you because their heart is now in your body, just like in the hit comedy "Heart Condition" starring Bob Hoskins and Denzel Washington.
Just take care of your own heart and you won't need another person's heart.
Thank you for reading!
