Before we can get off into crystal elixirs, I deem it appropriate to first define what an elixir is.
Elixir |iˈliksər| noun. A magical or medicinal potion: an elixir guaranteed to induce love. • a preparation that was supposedly able to change metals into gold, sought by alchemists. • (also elixir of life) a preparation supposedly able to prolong life indefinitely. • a medicinal solution of a specified type : a natural herbal cough elixir.
 In this article, we will be dealing with crystal (or gemstone) elixir.
Elixirs are also known as essences and gem remedies. Elixirs are for internal and external use. They may be taken internally unless a particular gemstone is toxic, as a few of them are.
Toxic stones may be safe to hold or use for chakra balancing purposes or even to wear as crystal or gemstone jewelry, but when it comes to therapeutic purposes via ingestion, they should not be consumed orally (unless the elixir is made using the indirect method described infra). An exception here (with use of a toxic stone to make an elixir) is if the elixir will be used externally. An elixir can be applied to the skin or added to bath water.
Many people wonder how crystal elixirs work on the subtle body and it's very simple to explain this. Because crystals have very powerful vibrations, it's very easy to transfer the vibrations of the crystal(s) to the water. When the crystal(s) and/or gemstone(s) sit in the water for a period of 12 hours or more, the water becomes imbued with the vibration of the various crystal(s) and/or gemstone(s).
The crystal and gemstone vibration also contain all the properties of the crystal or gemstone; however, to get a direct and specific effect from a particular attribute of a crystal or gemstone, one would have to consciously program the elixir.
Both crystals and water hold memory and intention, so if you desire a certain effect from a particular property from a stone or crystal, you must program your conscious and deliberate intent into the elixir (which can be done by holding the crystal or stone in your right hand and focusing your intent into the stone or you can simply place your hands over the elixir [glass bowl containing water and crystals and/or gemstones] and channel your intention).
Water is considered a base for the elixir. Water serves as a solvent. In fact, it's the most effective and natural solvent there is, especially distilled water due to its pulling effect. Water is the best solution for your elixir.
Now while some energy and vibrational healers use alcohol in their elixirs (just as some herbalist do for their liquid herbal extracts), I personally do not recommend the use of alcohol for elixirs or herbal extracts, as alcohol is an intoxicant. Why use alcohol when you can use Nature's water?
When making your own elixir(s), it is best to use polished stones or crystals. Polished stones/crystals are usually referred to as "tumbled."
Now if you really need the property of a certain stone that is toxic when ingested or would be toxic if ingested, what you can do is simply place that particular stone or crystal in a small glass jar and then in your large glass bowl containing the water (base). This is referred to as the "indirect method." The water will still pick up the stone's vibration and record it.
A good elixir should be exposed to both sunlight and moonlight, and therefore, in my opinion a good elixir should stand for 24 hours. Place the elixir outside for direct exposure to sunlight (Ra) and moonlight if you can (with a lid or covering, of course), or, in the alternative, place the elixir on the windowpane or near the window so it can be exposed to both sun and moon light (frequencies)!
After the solution has set for 24 hours (maximum) or 12 hours (minimum), remove the crystal(s) and/or gemstone(s) and bottle the mother tincture in a glass bottle, preferably cobalt or amber, with an airtight stopper.
You can take the elixir daily or as needed. I actually prefer to take the elixir daily as there's no harm from the elixir whatsoever. If you take daily, take 1-2 dropperfulls or 1 teaspoon once a day.
If you store your elixir in 1 or 2 ounce size bottles with dropper tops, simply take seven individual tiny drops in water or directly into the mouth, sublingually.
It's best to consume the entire content of the elixir as fast as possible and then make a new solution. Elixirs usually have a mineral-like taste so it may be an acquired taste. Very rarely will an elixir taste like pure water. Don't trip on the taste though! Instead, focus on the properties and therapeutic effects the elixir will have on your subtle body.
When storing the elixir, store it in a dark place (preferably kitchen cupboard). You don't have to refrigerate the elixir.
It's usually a good idea to place a very small sized Quartz crystal in the bottle to help keep the energy of the elixir amplified. If you can't find a small sized Quartz crystal to place in the bottle, simply place a Quartz crystal next to the bottle while it is in the cupboard.
Now, if you are new to this subject and art, you may be wondering what is the subtle body. The human being like all living and animate things has a subtle body. It is commonly referred to as an aura.

Crystal and gemstone elixirs are considered energy and vibrational medicine and thus help heal the auric body or subtle body where all disease first manifests. All disease is energetic! When a disease manifests physically, this is the last stage of the disease and unfortunately for most people, this is the stage that they first become aware that something is wrong with them.
Because we are too logical and rational-minded today (due to our existence and programming within the Matrix), our intuition suffers as a consequence of being this way and therefore we can't feel disease forming on the energetic realm. If we could feel disease on this realm, we could stop disease before it ever physically develops and manifests and we wouldn't have to go to the medical butchers and pimps (doctors) anymore.
You should also know that disease can actually be seen in the aura. Psychic healers can see the human aura with the naked eye. Crystals have colors, different colors, and colors are frequency and thus denote certain things. Below is a helpful breakdown of the seven major chakras and their corresponding colors and organs of the endocrine system:
FIRST CHAKRA
The color red is the color of the Root chakra or 1st chakra, so red colored crystals and stones will help the Root chakra, which is located at the genitals.
 The Root chakra is where we connect with the Earth and draw upon her stable and grounding support. Our ability to survive, to take care of ourselves (especially financially) is located at this chakra. This chakra is important for physical strength and stability. Our sexual issues and history is also stored here at this chakra.
Every experience experienced in our first 6 years of life is stored at this chakra. The Root chakra corresponds with the adrenal glands so problems with the adrenal glands usually originate at this chakra.
RED COLORED STONES/CRYSTALS: Red Spinel, Ruby, Red Aventurine, Red Jasper, Red Garnet, Red Coral, Eudalite, and Raspberry Quartz.
SECOND CHAKRA
The color orange is the color of the Sacral chakra, Sacral Plexus chakra, or 2nd chakra, so orange colored stones will help the Sacral chakra which is located at the belly a few inches beneath the navel.
 The Sacral chakra deals with issues of relationships (all relationships: familial, erotic or sexual, etc.), our emotions, pleasure (especially sexual), and lower creativity. For females, it is the seat of Goddess consciousness. Females connect with the Goddess within at this chakra. This vital energy of the 2nd chakra feeds our immune system with personal power.
Every experience experienced from ages 7-13 is recorded or stored at this chakra. The Sacral chakra corresponds to our genitals (gonads): ovaries (female) and testes (male). Sexual reproductive problems usually originate at this chakra.
NOTE: Most females (and some males) are sexually violated during their 2nd chakra years (age 7 to 13). Many people first have sex during these years too. Puberty begins during these years as well and so does sexual consciousness.
ORANGE COLORED STONES/CRYSTALS: Citrine, Imperial Quartz (Apricot Quartz), Peach Quartz, Sun Stone, Fire Opal, Garnet, Carnelian, Jasper, Creedite, Fire Agate, Orange Calcite, Tangerine Quartz, and Amber.
THIRD CHAKRA
The color yellow is the color of the Solar Plexus or 3rd chakra, so yellow-colored stones will help this chakra, which is located at the abdomen (between the breasts or chest and the navel).
 The 3rd chakra deals with issues of personal power, self-image, self-esteem, drive, motivation, ambition, and how we see ourselves in the world. Our principles in life that we stand for develop at this chakra or center. The Solar Plexus is more importantly the seat of the subconscious mind. This is also the site where we assimilate and discern all information and also where we discern and filter toxic environments as well as food, beverage, and people.
Every experience of life experienced between the ages of 14 and 20 are recorded or stored at this chakra. The 3rd chakra corresponds to the pancreas (and spleen). Pancreas diseases such as diabetes and hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia usually originate here.

FOURTH CHAKRA

 The Heart chakra deals with unconditional love, reciprocity (the ability to give and receive), philanthropy; the ability to connect with another and not lose one's self, the ability to nurture, comfort, and console; the ability to care for others.
Every experience of life experienced between the ages of 20 and 26 is recorded and stored at this chakra. The 4th chakra corresponds to the thymus gland, the seat of the so-called immune system. Immune disorders usually originate at this chakra.

 The Throat Plexus chakra deals with expression, communication, and higher creativity. It is also the site or center where we ask for what we need or require in life, where we express what we believe to be true for ourselves and our principles and causes in life we believe in and stand for. It is also the site of clear perception. The traits of the 3rd chakra are expressed here.
The 5th chakra corresponds to the thyroid gland so thyroid disorders (as well as throat problems) usually originate at this chakra site.
Every experience of life experienced between the ages of 28 and 34 are recorded or stored at this chakra. We usually tap into our higher creativity and begin to truly express ourselves during these years.
LIGHT BLUE/SKY BLUE COLORED STONES/CRYSTALS: Dolphin Stone (Larimar), Kyanite, Blue Calcite, Blue Lace Agate, Celestite, Angelite, Blue Chalcedony, Turquoise, Aqua Aura, Tanzanite, Blue Quartz, Blue Aventurine, Lazulite, and Chrysocolla.
BLUE COLORED STONES/CRYSTALS: Azurite, Blue Sapphire, Sodalite, Lapis Lazuli, Iolite, and Blue Jasper.
SIXTH CHAKRA
The color of the Brow chakra or 6th chakra, also known as the 3rd Eye, is Indigo. However, this chakra also corresponds to the colors purple and dark blue.
 The Brow chakra deals with Christ consciousness, psychic ability, intuition, telepathy, clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience. It is the site of our ability to understand the vastness of all things and how they work. The 6th chakra is the chakra for vision, wisdom, understanding, inner-standing, over-standing, and knowledge when applied with the heart. We see spiritually at this chakra. The 3rd eye is our spiritual eye. When Jesus says: "&ellip; those who have eyes to see" refers to them that have an open and functioning 3rd eye (or pineal gland), and does not refer to the two physical eyes.
One of the biggest cons and tricks of the Matrix played on people, those who claim and profess to be Christian, is that people worship a man named Jesus Christ rather than expressing the Christ within themselves and thus remain powerless within the Matrix. There is no real power in worshipping any man, including Jesus, though you have the free will to do so.
The power, real power, is in expressing the God qualities and powers within you. We all have the power to be greater and to do greater works than the biblical Jesus who is quoted as saying "greater works than I do shall ye do." You don't see these greater works in those who believe in Jesus simply because their focus is on Jesus and not themselves. They believe more in the powers of Jesus than they do their own powers and that's why they are helpless in this society, being treated the same way as non-believers by government and other ruling forces in the Matrix.
The Brow chakra corresponds to the pituitary and pineal glands.
Every experience of life experienced between the ages of 35 and 41 is recorded or stored at this chakra. Diseases and disorders of the pituitary and/or pineal gland such as hormonal imbalance and vitiligo usually originate here.
INDIGO COLORED STONES/CRYSTALS: Sugilite, Charoite, and Purple Sapphire.
DARK BLUE COLORED STONES: Azurite, Dumortierite, Iolite, and Blue Jasper.
PURPLE COLORED STONES/CRYSTALS: Amethyst, Purple Fluorite, Purpurite, Lilac Kunzite, and Purple Tourmaline.
SEVENTH CHAKRA
The color of the Crown chakra or 7th chakra is violet, with white and lavender being the secondary colors of this energy center or chakra. The Crown chakra is located at the top of the head and the soul usually leaves the body for death and dreams at this location. Crystals and gemstones the colors of violet, lavender, clear or translucent, and white will help this chakra.
 The Crown chakra is the seat of our relationship with God (where we connect directly with God), access to the Akashic Records (Book of Life), our link with the Higher Self, and the site of spiritual wisdom.
Again, the 7th chakra is the site where the soul leaves the body at death (in most cases) and during sleep (during dream state where the soul ventures to the realm of the lower astral plane). A baby can only die of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) when the Crown is open. That soft spot on a baby's head is the Crown. When it's soft, it's open.
The Crown chakra corresponds to the pineal gland.
Every experience of life experienced between the ages of 42 and 48 is recorded and stored at the site of this chakra. Diseases of the pineal gland such as vitiligo usually originate here.
VIOLET STONES/CRYSTALS: Amethyst, Ametrine, Lavender Jade, and Purple Lepidolite.
