Human beings have no business drinking or ingesting dead fish oil. How can oil from the liver of a dead fish help your human body? What does the fish's liver have that your human liver doesn't have but needs?
Everything the human body genuinely requires, it has! Everything that man needs outside of his body for sustenance, restoration, and maintenance, the land provides.
Humans do not require fish liver oil. Not at all! In fact, you don't require anything from the body of another animal to maintain yourself. This is very true!
Cod liver fish oil is a WASTE BYPRODUCT of the fish industry. Think about it, the liver is the most toxic organ because it is the chief filtering organ. What other than toxins are in the liver of any creature?
Eating the liver of cows is just as absurd as drinking the liver oil of fish such as cod.
Cod liver oil is a WASTE BYPRODUCT! You don't need or require it though you are free to use (consume) it.
Much better alternatives to cod fish liver oil, especially for purposes of EFA's (essential fatty acids, Omega 3, 6, and 9) include Black Current oil (contains all 3 EFA's), Hempseed Oil (contains all 3 EFA's), Evening Primrose oil, Borage oil, Flax Seed oil, and Black Seed oil.
Again, the land has all that we need as land creatures. The ocean does as well, as far as botanicals are concerned because the greatest (most nutritious) human food is found in the algae of the sea. Real seafood is seaweed, not fish and scavenger! But this is another topic for another article.
Botanical oils are far better than oils derived from animals. Man would wise to leave the animals alone today (as a food source). The earth provides us all that we need and we don't have to murder innocent animals, sentient beings, to obtain what we require for nutritional purposes.
