A common inquiry we get here at Dherbs.com is "How do I/we clear our karmic slate?" This is actually a great inquiry and one of the most important questions one could ever ask (in my opinion).
There are many ways to clear one's karmic slate, but it helps to first know what is one's negative karma or negative karmic slate.
The Trinity of Tarot, Astrology, and Numerology are invaluable in discovering negative karma (as well as good karma), but also past life regression (which I had done on myself back in 2004).
In Numerology, it helps to learn if you have any Karmic Debt numbers (e.g. 13, 14, 16 and 19) as well as Karmic Lessons numbers (derived from the numbers missing in your name).
Numerology is an ancient science based on the ancient idea that each of us is a spiritual being, or a soul, who incarnates on the 3rd dimensional plane (Earth or Gaia) many times in order to further evolve toward higher states of consciousness (awareness). During our long evolutionary soul-journ of many life incarnations, we have accumulated a wealth of wisdom, and have made many good choices that benefit us in future lifetimes. However, we have also made many mistakes, and have sometimes abused and misused the gifts we have been given. To rectify such errors (of misuse and abuse of gifts), we take on an additional burden (or burdens) in order to learn a particular lesson (or lessons) that we failed to learn in previous lifetimes. It's safe to say that the occult sciences are based upon reincarnation or a belief in reincarnation.
It also helps to learn (in Numerology) what your Challenge Numbers are in addition to Maturity Number, Birthday Number, Cornerstone and Capstone letters (of your name), etc. The more insight into your true self (essence and personality), the better!
In Astrology, it helps to know your Nodes (South and North) and the sign in your Karma House (12th House, corresponding with Pisces). I have Libra in my Karma House (12th House) so my karmic slate was full of lessons pertaining to marriage (learned the lesson after 1 divorce), partnerships (esp. business ones), relationships (especially with groups and friends), law and legal issues (learned lots of lessons here), open enemies (had plenty of them), and all other traits that Libra offers.
Your South Node (the sign in it) reveals your past life's most prominent lesson learned and brought over (more than any other lessons) and which you innately fall back on when you feel challenged in this present life incarnation. Your North Node (sign in it) reveals what you (your Soul) must learn in this present life incarnation. The 12th House (sign it) reveals the most immediate area of work lessons are presented as a continuation of the most recent past life. The 12th House and both nodes all work together so you can learn karmic lessons and help clear karmic debt so you can move forward doing your present life's higher spiritual purpose and thus advance the soul on its soul-journ (sojourn).
Our first Saturn is complete at age 28 so by this age we become serious students of life (whether we know it or not). However, between ages 32 and 35, we learn some of the MOST important lessons (due to perhaps the most intense challenges we ever face in our life) which helps to clear the karmic slate and have us ready to go into our higher life's purpose and mission.
We are supposed to be ready to fulfill our higher life's purpose by age 35 but because of most people's dependence and reliance on the Matrix for survival, this is not the case. Working mundane jobs can blind us to fulfilling our higher life's purpose (depending on how conscious we are). The exception is if we are working mundane jobs that allow us to express our higher life's purpose skills and talents in a career or occupation (astrological 10th House) that allows us to do the necessary kind of work (astrological 6th House) we do best which allows us to use our resources {emotional, intellectual, creative, physical} to make money (astrological 2nd House) to provide for ourselves here in the Matrix. If we do this while being free, independent, and critical thinkers, open-minded, possessing PMO (positive mental outlook) on life in general, and have some strong spiritual connection to a spiritual way (of life) and/or belief in a higher power, we GET THERE!
Our astrological 2nd, 6th, and 10th Houses (Succedent Houses) are our Work houses that reveal what our resources are (denoted by the 4 elements of the Zodiac, a/k/a the Triplicities), the work we do best (that allows us to express our higher creativity) in the best career field that allow us to impact society/world and simultaneously earn money to finance our dreams and desires and to live life on our very own terms.
At or by age 35, we start our 6th Chakra (3rd Eye) years of our life where we become more psychic, clairvoyant, clairsentient, clairaudient, intuitive, Christ conscious, spiritual, etc. if we are in tune with higher consciousness and this is all helpful to do that higher work most of us came here to do (there are some exceptions to the rule, though in the end and in the larger scheme of things, it still serves the higher and greater good).
However, when this chakra (6th/Ajna) naturally opens up (as it does, just like all other energy centers do), most people (due to being blind and anti-occult) mistake the feeling and occurrence as a need to get closer to one of the anthropormorphic gods introduced to us by the Rulers and thus we join or become more involved in or with some man-made religious institution and system and dedicate our lives to it - unknowingly becoming spiritually enslaved.
The older people get, the more they start thinking about getting right or straight with the Lord/God. This is actually a natural occurrence though, though misinterpreted via the senses of man and woman because of the life-long religious-social programming installed into the neurological hardware. Just like when between ages 7 and 13, young boys and girls get hot in the pants - sexual! That's because the 2nd chakra years naturally activate in us all from ages 7 to 13 (when puberty occurs). It's a natural occurrence, but because we reside in the Matrix and we deem sex and sexuality not appropriate to teach youngsters and we tell them to shun sex (despite the powerful energy behind it) without giving them an alternative channel in which to direct that powerful sexual (creative) energy, our youth are having sex (low level sex, at that) due to a physical urge that is not buttressed by an emotional, intellectual, and spiritual foundation (understanding) so the damage with sex starts early, e.g. abortions, STDs, rapes, sexual abuse, and promiscuity (looking for love in the sex act with different partners, especially true for little girls whose biological fathers may have abandoned them).
Cosmic influences also play a role here pertaining to the above and may heighten or lesson activity here on the mundane realm pertaining to sex and sexuality and with certain generations (impacted by the slower moving planets, e.g. Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto; as well as the 2nd division of planets - Jupiter and Saturn).
So, if you have not made it to the age of 32, you can take major steps to prepare yourself for the tumultuous years of 32, 33, and 34. If you are between ages 32 and 35, it's not too late to start delving deep within yourself to attain necessary insight that will unlock the Book of your being. The book that was bound closed (sealed) with the seven seals in the Book of Daniel was a spiritual metaphor or spiritual language signifying the sealed or closed seven major chakras that when unsealed reveals a whole new world within each and every human being on the planet.
Lastly, if you are beyond the age of 35, and not into fulfilling or doing your life's higher purpose (and don't even have a clue of what it is), again, it's not too late to start your inward journey into Self.
Here are a few tools you can use to get started on learning what your karmic slate/debt is and clearing or absolving it:
1. Challenge yourself by standing upon your principles (truth, righteousness, justice, good will, etc) bringing yourself into CIVIL confrontation with necessary parties whereby certain karmic debts can be paid off and lessons learned. You may be violated (certain man-made rights violated, certain human rights violated which will pay off your past karmic debts created by yourself violating someone in the past), have property confiscated (paying you back from confiscating things not yours in the past), have people walk out on you (paying yourself back for when you walked out on people) or mistreat you, alienate you, etc. All of this helps to CLEAR the slate!
2. DO GOOD which helps to absolve a lot of past negative karma. It counteracts a lot of past life misdeeds (bad) you may have done. Even in doing good you may experience some bad things (due to the law of having to experience everything you dish out so as to learn the lesson) for a while but you will move through them or get over them real/very fast!
3. Get your astrological natal chart (also known as a natal chart) done and study it, especially your 12th House of Karma (denoted by the sign in the 12th House starting from the sign on the 1st House cusp which is your Ascendant or Rising sign) and your nodes (North and South). However, it is imperative that you study the entire chart as the chart is your map for this present life on Earth.
4. Get your Numerology chart done and study it, especially your Karmic Debt and Karmic Lessons numbers (if any). Your chart may reveal that you are a Master Number (have a master number or a few of them in your chart) and thus are required to take on more of a social duty (or social weight). People with master numbers in their chart are unique individuals and more is required of them on this Earth ride. However, if you don't know what a Master Number entails, suggests, or require, you won't be living up to your Master Number potential and thus not living up to your full life potential which usually overlaps into your higher life's purpose and mission and thus potential. Unfortunately, this is true of so many people, especially in the Western world.
5. Have past-life regression services performed. This is an invaluable procedure that helps you to remember past-life events by recalling them from memory (past-life memory). Rebirthing and/or hypnotherapy procedures may also be used in the procedure (depending on the person performing the procedure), and if not, they are also highly recommended for you as they are also of much benefit. I vouch for all of these procedures and they helped me to learn much about my past lives and to remove certain blocks and clear certain negative karma that was holding me back in this present life.
6. There are various crystals that can also be used to help you to discover what your karmic debts are and how you can absolve them. These crystals include Danburite, Okenite, and Brown Jasper - Okenite by far being the most efficient for revealing and helping to clear past life karma (debts). These crystals can be used during chakra balancing and/or meditation sessions.
