From time to time we receive e-mails from individuals who claim that certain information I write about on minerals is inaccurate, citing that I claim certain forms of minerals, e.g. calcium carbonate, is not natural and thus incorrect because of the fact that the earth's crust contains 4% calcium carbonate.
What many people don't understand is how corporations have carte blanche freedom to create minerals, vitamins, B-vitamins, and amino acids from synthetic sources - get them to match the original or organic version of minerals, vitamins, and amino acids on a molecular level under a microscope, and then by law, are allowed to claim the synthetic substance as the real substance whether it's organic or inorganic.
So just because calcium carbonate is found at the Earth's crust (which makes it naturally occurring) doesn't make a calcium carbonate created in a laboratory the same exact calcium carbonate found at or located at the Earth's crust. Do you think toothpaste companies are investing a lot of money to dig into the Earth's crust just to derive calcium carbonate so as to use it as an ingredient in their toothpastes or do you think they are easily purchasing calcium carbonate made in laboratories?
You can have two kinds of calcium carbonate, both of which are inorganic by the way. You can have calcium carbonate that is naturally occurring deep within the Earth and you can have calcium carbonate produced in a laboratory and derived from various other sources and manipulated at the molecular level to match the molecular level of the naturally occurring calcium carbonate (which is still inorganic in nature or composition).
And despite the fact that the calcium carbonate is derived from the Earth's crust or made in a laboratory, the fact remains the same that both sources are INORGANIC and cannot be absorbed and assimilated by the cells of the human body. Even the naturally occurring calcium carbonate found at the Earth's core cannot be absorbed and assimilated by the cells of the human body. Our minerals must be organic and only plants can convert inorganic minerals into organic minerals so that the cells of the human body can absorb and assimilate them.
Therefore we require phosphates of minerals (which are balanced and stable) for purposes of absorption and assimilation as well as nourishment.
Sulfur (a beautiful yellow-colored rock) too is naturally occurring in the Earth but if you consume it it's lights out for you because while it's naturally occurring - it's toxic in its inorganic (rock) state. Your sulfur must be ORGANIC and derived from a plant source, not a rock source.
Vitamin C is also naturally occurring but Vitamin C derived from ascorbic acid is not naturally occurring Vitamin C from an organic source (e.g. plant) and thus the human body cannot absorb or assimilate ascorbic acid.
Again, if your nutrients are not from food (plants and fruits) sources they are not organic and cannot be digested, absorbed or assimilated. You will urinate them out (though some residues will still be left in your body). Your urine will be a bright yellow or orange color. Just go purchase a bottle of colloidal minerals or those hard pills of minerals and see for yourself.
Now when you absorb organic nutrients (e.g. from herbs, fruits, vegetables), your urine will be clear. This is the case with herbs. I stay close to home with herbs because I know them and trust them and have gotten results from them. I do what works! Period!
Though along different lines, we have also gotten a few e-mails from individuals alleging that because I promote mono-atomic gold, I am promoting the consumption of a mono-structured element: gold.
Mono-atomic gold is not a monostructured element in the strict sense of the term as mono-atomic gold (a/k/a etherium gold) is not gold or powdered gold in its natural state, but transmuted gold - alchemicalized (processed) gold. There's plenty of existing research on how mono-atomic gold is produced. It is not a powdered gold from pulverizing gold nuggets or blocks. Pulverized gold would not change its color from gold to white due to being pulverized. Clearly, mono-atomic gold is not pulverized gold, but processed gold or alchemicalized gold.
Hopefully clarity has been shed in this brief article.
In conclusion, beware of all these names attached to minerals, e.g. picolinate, carbonate, gluconate, acetate, etc. Instead, opt for plant-based sources of nutrients.
So, you are free to take pills of calcium carbonate or liquid of calcium gluconate. I on the other hand will take calcium derived from green plants and fruits and I won't worry about the calcium being gluconate, acetate, carbonate, etc. My life is simple and not complex! I'll just focus on and know I'm consuming CALCIUM (or whatever else mineral it may be, e.g. potassium, zinc, iron, etc.) and that my body is absorbing the calcium.
Man will mislead you and confuse you, Nature will not! Therefore, you'd be wise to TRUST NATURE!
Peace and Love!
