 Many people interested in so-called sovereignty ask my opinion of the birth certificate and its legal implications and I tell them everything I'm about to write in this article.
Is the Birth Certificate an adhesion contract? Not really! There is no consideration and none is explicitly conveyed so how could it be a contract?
How is "contract" defined in law? Please reference the following:
"Contract defined." A contract is an agreement to do or not to do a certain thing. California Civil Code, Section 1549
Does a Birth Certificate mention anything about an agreement to do or not do a certain thing? Of course not, so how could it be a contract?
All contracts have essential elements to make a contract lawful. Please consider the following for your legal edification:
"Essential elements of a contract." It is essential to the existence of a contract that there should be: (1) Parties capable of contracting. (2) Their consent. (3) A lawful object. (4) A sufficient cause or consideration. California Civil Code, Section 1550
An adhesion contract is a one-sided contract, more commonly known as a "nudum pactum" or naked contract:
"Nudum pactum." Latin. A bare contract or agreements that amounts to merely a naked promise. See 22 S.E. 2d 186. "A contract, naked of any obligation or duty on one side, a 'nudum pactum' is not enforceable. 151 P. 270, 273. Contracts must generally be supported by a consideration on each side. A naked contract is one that is bare of a valid consideration on one side and hence unenforceable. See "mutuality of obligation." Barron's Law Dictionary, 4th Edition
Also, consider the following from Public Law:
"Adhesion contracts do not bind the citizen to a commercial contract. Without the six elements of a valid contract, none exists. PL#95-147, 91 Stat. 1227 (Oct. 28, 1977)
1. a valid offer and acceptance
2. two or more parties involved
3. parties who are legal age and competent understanding
4. a termination date
5. full disclosure; and
6. the contract must be voluntary in nature
In reality, the Birth Certificate is simply documentation denoting that a human being was born and converted into juristic person (artificial person) status by the State's agent or res accessoria, the mother.
A Birth Certificate certifies that a new human resource was born for purposes of commerce in which government will make money from the new person by way of selling the Birth Certificate as some sort of bond that matures after 18 years, the legal age of full-time employment, and in which the person can be taxed by the federal (and state) government on their property (labor). And if you didn't know it, labor is most definitely property, and so is money.
It is mandatory for every hospital in the United States to issue a Birth Certificate for every child (product, merchandise) born in a hospital. This is done for accounting purposes. All new persons coming in require a Birth Certificate and all persons going out (dying or expiring) require a Death Certificate.
These certificates are strictly for business and commercial purposes. While there is no corroborating or substantiating case law or statutory law to back up any of the following, it is reported that every hospital in the U.S. receives $4,000.00 from the Secretary of State (of an individual state or commonwealth) for each delivery and Birth Certificate issued.
In turn, it is said and believed that the State allegedly receives $10,000.00 for each Birth Certificate it sends to the U.S. Department of Commerce.
 Next, the U.S. Department of Commerce allegedly sells the Birth Certificate as a bond to foreign governments and multinational corporations for $1 million dollars. This means that your child's Birth Certificate is endorsed (like you endorse a check) and money is received on your child (whoever names appears on the Birth Certificate and in all capital letters or even upper and lowercase letters).
The Birth Certificate serving as a bond matures in 18 years at which time the money received on the Birth Certificate (by government, U.S. Department of Commerce) must be paid back to the person or business that made the initial loan.
The really insidious part of this is: the government (that allegedly receives the $1 million dollars) does not pay back one red cent, but makes the person (whose name is on the Birth Certificate) pay back every cent. How? By way of paying a federal income tax! You are not paying taxes to help your government. You are paying taxes to help pay off debt that was created by your government.
Not one penny of your income tax dollars goes towards anything pertaining to running or operating this great nation, and even former U.S. President, Ronald Reagan, substantiates this:
"100% of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the federal debt and by federal transfer payments. In other words, all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services taxpayers expect from government." President Ronald Reagan (1984) Grace Commission Report
Aaron Russo told us this publicly in his masterpiece video (DVD) "America: Freedom to Fascism" before he mysteriously died of cancer. Russo's death is suspect because cancer can be injected into individuals such as it was done with singer Bob Marley and Jack Ruby ("They Killin' Me! "They killin' Me! as said at the end of the movie "Ruby" starring Danny Aiello).
Many also suspect that queen of conspiracy theory, Mae Brussell, was also killed by injected cancer.
So allegedly, while the State borrows money on your name (by way of your Birth Certificate) and spends that money how it pleases (war, assassinations, coups, etc.), the State compels you to pay back what it borrowed against you (via your Birth Certificate) some 18 years ago, as soon as you reach the legal age to work, or actually, to become employed which is age 18.
Employment is not the same thing as life calling. Most people in the U.S. do not adhere to or even pursue their calling in life here in the Matrix. They get sidetracked usually through employment for survival purposes. They take jobs for the money and the social status of the position that may not harmonize with a person's mid-heaven sign (10th House of the Zodiac corresponding with Capricorn, which represents business and career).
Secondary definitions of "employ" include: "to occupy" and "to make use of." And that's exactly what many employed people do on corporate and industrial jobs - "occupy their time" while they're being "made use of."
Moving on, the government allegedly borrows the $1 million and the person named on the Birth Certificate works all of his or her life to pay the money ($1 million + interest) back though they absolutely saw not one dime of this money.
The Birth Certificate is a document of international maritime-admiralty jurisdiction and pertains to commerce - commerce carried out on the high seas.
The Birth Certificate derives from the process of ships (or vessels) carrying cargo (merchandise) on the high seas and coming into port to deliver those goods.
In the Matrix here in this maritime-admiralty scheme, the System has converted all women or females into ships or vessels. Actually they have done this to males too! They've done it to all U.S. citizens, but it's more applicable to women than males due to their ability to give new life.
Women or females are seen as cargo ships when pregnant in this commercial scheme simply because they are carrying commercial goods (babies; babies that will be born and used for commercial purposes in the Matrix or society).
All material goods that come in to the U.S. via ship, boat, or vessel come in on the water (ocean, high seas). Well, likewise yourself when you first came in to the world. You too came in from the water, but of your mother's water called amniotic fluid, which is the same in makeup as ocean or seawater. So like material cargo, i.e. cars, television sets, etc. you too came in from the water.
You are said to be "born" at birth because when a cargo ship comes in to port, it is said to be "borne."
Borne. adjective [in combination ] carried or transported by.
All cargo ships when they come into port arrive at a berth.
Port. noun. A town or city with a harbor where ships load or unload, esp. one where customs officers are stationed.
Berth. noun. 1 a ship's allotted place at a wharf or dock.
Berth. verb [ trans. ] 1 moor (a ship) in its allotted place : these modern ships can almost berth themselves.
The medical industry is using the same exact language as used in the vernacular of the high seas or international maritime-admiralty statutory commercial law, also known as Merchant Law, pertaining to women giving birth to babies in hospitals. The words are spelled a little different to throw you off (i.e. berth and birth; born and borne) but the meanings are the same. This is not an accident or coincidence. It is done on purpose and for an objective.
So you are carried or transported on the water of your mother's belly (womb) and unloaded at the dock, called "birthed" (this is why it is said that your mother gave "birth" when she expelled you from her vagina).
Your birth brought you to the berth known as a hospital (port).
When property or goods are unloaded from the cargo ship, they are said to be "delivered." The commercial goods are delivered at the berth of the port, or in a baby's case, delivered at birth to the hospital. Same thing!
When cargo is delivered at the port, all commercial goods are inspected at the dock by the dock master. This is why when babies (human commercial goods or human resources) are born they are inspected by the dock master or doc-tor!
The doctor who delivers the baby must inspect the new property or new merchandise. After inspecting the baby (new merchandise) the doctor then issues a birth (berth) certificate which enters the baby into commerce and also records the baby as a new vital (living) statistic which is why copies of the birth certificate will be sent to the Department or Office of Vital Statistics located in the state's capital city. This is all the baby is: a vital statistic for purposes of commerce.
Women/females are very important creatures in the Matrix because it is they who make and deliver merchandise (babies) into commerce to keep this whole scheme going.
This scheme plays with human lives. However, it's not personal at all. Just business! These people who rule over you are just doing business as usual and because you are ignorant or kept ignorant (via public education, the media, religion, etc), you willfully participate in the scheme thinking that it's the way of life, the way you do things here in the good ole U.S.
In conclusion, would I go to court and offer any of the foregoing? Absolutely not! Not today at least (although I did in the past and prevailed
in a case at the Superior Court of California whereby I argued the nature of the jurisdiction of the court).
In court, you have to be able to provide convincing evidence that will persuade beyond a shadow of a doubt. It's not that evidence doesn't exist, it would just be a great challenge to produce all the evidence; and more importantly, judges are now knowledgeable about the foregoing and have been ordered to reject any arguments along the lines of so-called sovereignty. Judges will simply ignore any arguments that establish one's sovereignty or legal-political sovereign citizen status.
Would I allow my child to be born in a hospital? No! Never! And I never have. I have four children and none were born in a hospital. My eldest daughter, Layla Iman, was born at home in Glendale, California on May 16, 1999. My eldest son, Asim Obi, was born in a birthing center in Sherman Oaks, California on August 2, 2002 (a decision by his mother as his mother and I were divorced at the time).
My second son, Ajani, was born at home in Richmond, California on October 20, 2006.
And my youngest son, Anand, was born at home in Glendale, California on July 20, 2008. Because our midwife was not there (due to heavy freeway traffic), I ended up delivering my son and it was the most profound experience of my life. I caught his little body as he came out of the womb. I cut his umbilical cord. I collected his placenta and bagged it. It was a most joyous experience that I would not have had had my son was born in a hospital or even if the midwife was there.
I didn't even ask for a partial refund from my midwife because I feel that the money I paid to her was like paying to have this experience. My midwife's not being there allowed me to have this wonderful and unforgettable experience. This is how I look at things: always in a positive light! Always being optimistic! Always looking at the bright side of things!
I knew what to do because I have been at so many natural births and observed my midwife in action. Therefore, when Anand was coming, I didn't panic at all. It seemed so natural. Everything was so instinctive. Plus, my angels were there and so was my wife's angels and also Anand's. There was so much angelic help on the scene that nothing could possibly go wrong and nothing did.
Shortly after Anand manifested, I performed his natal chart. He's a Cancer with a Capricorn rising.
So again, would I ever have my children in a hospital? No! Hospitals (doctors) torture children during delivery. Have you seen the way babies are delivered and the tools that are used during childbirth at hospitals?
However, I respect every single person who had his or her child(ren) at the hospital pursuant to choice, as I respect free will.
Do my children have birth certificates? No! Not the kind you receive from the State. They have a special kind of birth certificate document that our midwife issues and that is accepted by government in case a parent ever decided to obtain government documentation, i.e. Social Security card, for the child in the future.
NOTE: if you expect your child to travel then your child will need some form of acceptable government documentation to obtain a Social Security number so as to obtain a U.S. Passport. If the child will attend public school, the child will also need some form of government documentation as well.
I'm keeping it real here because I have witnessed too many women start off sovereign only to end up deciding to enter right back into the Matrix (System) and usually for survival purposes (money, job, career) or nostalgia (due to life long programming), especially if her and the child's father separates or divorce. It almost never fails, based upon my personal observations.
Is the Birth Certificate a contract? Not hardly!
Should you rescind your Birth Certificate or your child's Birth Certificate? Why? It's not a contract so how can you rescind that which is not contractual in nature? Leave the matter alone and work on cultivating your higher self and working on your personal sovereignty. Leave legal-political sovereignty alone because America is not ever going back to a de jure form of government. America will never be a sovereign nation again. We lost the Republic due to ignorance, lack of due diligence, default of exercising rights, and willful waiver.
The Republic is lost and we now have a successful legislative democracy based upon statutory law and people seem to be happy with it. Ignorance is bliss (in the Matrix), right?
We the People trusted our government leaders and was sold into bondage by them and not wanting to face the fact that political leaders are whores and as J.R. Ewing from the television series "Dallas," once said: "every whore has her price."
Your political leaders sold you out for a buck, to England, international banks, and multinational corporations. So today, you're nothing but a human resource in your leaders' eyes. Playing with your life and soul is simply business as usual.
